WORST experience with Koops Haarlem. After our check-out, they charged us €400 for cleaning costs 11 eleven o'clock for a few spots that we had missed when cleaning... Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you want to rent - you are scammers.

If only all rental agents were like Koops! Very pleasant and clear communication, friendly staff, and always helpful. Unfortunately, the management of our property was taken over by another agent (who, unlike Koops, does nothing and communicates very poorly) so that Koops is no longer responsible. Nevertheless, Koops still goes out of their way to help us (credits to Chantal).

Last year I rented an apartment through Koops and recently problems arose with the landlord. Koops was extremely helpful, quick and friendly in their response to the situation! I probably annoyed them with the amount of phone calls and questions, but they were always helpful and patient! I want to give a shout-out to Bianca, she is very kind and friendly. She is also very generous with her time, thank you Bianca! Also Maarten helped me view the new apartment and decide whether it's a good place for me or not, thank you Maarten! Finally Quirijn, who was very helpful and explained in detail how I can check out from my old place without losing my deposit, thank you Quirijn! Thanks to everyone at Koops.
