RE/MAX Royal is een arrogante makelaar die klanten niet serieus neemt. Ik werd onbeleefd behandeld en mijn gegevens werden slordig verwerkt. Absoluut geen aanrader!!

Ik ben op kantoor geweest bij RE/MAX Royal en mijn ervaring was ronduit teleurstellend. Vanaf het moment dat ik binnenkwam, had ik niet het gevoel dat ik als een serieus persoon werd behandeld. De medewerkers leken ongeïnteresseerd en onprofessioneel. Daarnaast is er op een slordige manier omgegaan met mijn gegevens. Er werden fouten gemaakt en ik moest meerdere keren dezelfde informatie verstrekken, wat erg frustrerend was. Dit wekt niet bepaald vertrouwen, vooral niet bij zoiets belangrijks als de aan- of verkoop van een woning. Al met al zou ik deze makelaar absoluut niet aanbevelen. Klantvriendelijkheid en zorgvuldigheid lijken hier geen prioriteit te hebben.

Belachelijk. Wat een oplichters. Als je een makelaar zoekt, ga dan niet hier! Veel betere te vinden in Zaandam en omgeving. Niet normaal hoe deze communicatie gaat, PAS OP!

Task taken over by this broker because our purchasing broker was also the selling broker of our house. Quick action was needed and that is what happened. Friendly communication, however after signing the purchase contract there has been hardly any contact, also regarding (too low) appraisal no communication. Costs 3000 euros I find very high for the time and effort it cost.
