Brantjes was de derde makelaar die wij in de hand namen, nadat onze woning al een half jaar te koop stond. Dit was de beste keuze die we hadden kunnen maken. Na ruim 50 bezichtigingen met de vorige twee makelaars waar geen serieuze bieding uit kwam, hebben we via Brantjes na enkele weken 4 biedingen ontvangen (!). Helaas geen goede ervaring bij deze makelaars. Het voelde vanaf het begin al erg vreemd, er is geen positief woord gezegd over hoe leuk het appartement complex in zaandam centrum voor ons zou kunnen zijn. Heel negatief gesprek waardoor mijn partner en ik afzien van de koop. Als je als makelaar niet in staat bent om positief het gesprek aan te gaan betwijfel ik of dit werk wel geschikt is voor hun. Dus wil jij een positief en leuk gesprek om een huis/appartement te kopen/huren, ga hier absoluut niet naartoe.
