Overall a good real estate agent who does his job well. My house was sold at a favorable price and the guidance during the sales process was professional. However, a point to note: make sure that telephone appointments are also correctly recorded and included in the written offer. In my case, this was messy, resulting in me ultimately having higher costs than discussed over the phone. When I pointed this out, they referred to the fact that I had agreed to the written offer — which of course is correct, but I had assumed in good faith that everything was correctly transferred. Unfortunately, there's no flexibility here, which I find regrettable. As a result, despite the good sales outcome, I still have a somewhat sour aftertaste about the collaboration.

Very negative experience with Brantjes Makelaars (Corno Pronk) I recently bought a house where Brantjes Makelaars, and in particular Corno Pronk, was the selling agent. Unfortunately this was a particularly negative experience. In my opinion Corno Pronk performed his role poorly. He had not sufficiently investigated the defects and land servitudes of the house and during the process he did not take responsibility to explain matters clearly and transparently. Where you as a buyer (and probably also as a seller) hope for a constructive and professional handling, he made it into a blunt and unnecessarily annoying negotiation process. Moreover, he does not take the time to go through the sales agreement thoroughly. When asked questions, he gives evasive answers, downplays legitimate concerns and acts as if the other party's comments are nonsense. This not only comes across as unprofessional, but also undermines trust in the entire process. What should have been a beautiful next step in both my life and that of the seller, became unnecessarily unpleasant due to his way of working. I would therefore definitely not recommend Brantjes Makelaars and specifically Corno Pronk.
