At the moment I decided to start wanting to sell my apartment in Wormerveer, I immediately asked Sabine Denkers (Bert van Vulpen Krommenie) to come for an exploratory sales consultation. In 2021 and 2022 we had already met each other during several viewings, when I myself was already looking for a long time for a suitable and neat apartment. What immediately struck me about her approach was the thorough knowledge of the market in the Zaanstreek region, the personal and correct communication (even after making an unaccepted offer), but especially the time and calm she took for me as an interested party during the viewings. Every question could and should be asked - also afterwards, unlike many other real estate agents. This gave me the feeling of being taken seriously as a potential buyer/interested party. Given this really stood out to me personally, I didn't hesitate for a moment to entrust the sales assignment of my apartment to Bert van Vulpen Krommenie. Despite initially approaching this process exploratorily, the process had to be set up at high speed - due to an accepted offer on a new home that I wanted to purchase. Sabine then, together with her colleague Mariëlle van den Bogaerde, did everything possible to prepare the sales file as accurately and quickly as possible, so that my property could subsequently be registered on Funda.
