Unfortunately, my experience was both disappointing and unprofessional. I had contact with them regarding the purchase of a property in which I was genuinely interested. Initially, everything seemed to go smoothly: the communication was fluid and the process appeared simple. But when I made my first offer, the tone of the interaction changed drastically. Instead of initiating a dialogue or negotiation, the real estate agent abruptly broke off all communication. There was no response through any channel. Even after I significantly increased my second offer, there was still no response. What was particularly concerning was the way my offer seemed to be personally interpreted, rather than in the professional and business-like manner you would expect in real estate transactions. This lack of communication, combined with what seemed arrogant, gave a strong impression of poor customer service and unprofessional behavior!
