Already called 3 times for a simple request to pass on the water level. Agents are busy... Especially with themselves, apparently.

Stay far away from this company. They are unprofessional and didn't even provide the final settlement report after we left the apartment. They came by, took a lot of pictures, checked everything, and promised to send the settlement report within a week. It has now been 2 months and we have never received it. Moreover, they are rude and unprofessional in their communication with stakeholders. During a phone call, someone from this company simply started cursing at me and told me I should be ashamed for not having cleaned the house. I repeatedly tried to explain that we did not check out the house and that we will clean it before handing over the keys, when we are in possession of it. He ranted and kept telling me the same thing repeatedly. Extremely unprofessional company.
