This broker makes appointments but doesn't keep them, be careful before you make an appointment for a viewing because they also cancel those at random. How can a property be sold if I wasn't even able to come and view it?

A customer-friendly and affordable real estate agent

Last year I was called by this real estate agent. The gentleman was aggressive and claimed that I hadn't paid the rent. Just to be clear, I don't rent anything from this real estate agent; at that time, I had a property for rent in Wilnis myself. It was dismissed with 'I dialed the wrong number'. Personally, I think I was mistaken for the person who hadn't paid the rent. But even so, the way the gentleman acted is not okay.

What a lovely real estate agent! Very friendly, helpful and genuinely focused on following the wishes of the client instead of putting their own interests first. Very correct and professional contact. My house was already sold before it appeared on Funda thanks to their network and expertise. No smooth talk, just good and honest.
