Karen is a very involved, professional real estate agent who guides you through the entire process. It was our first home purchase and while we were on vacation, our offer was accepted anyway. Karen was our contact person with the selling broker and she looked after our interests very well. Upon returning home, we signed. Afterwards, she arranged everything, gave advice and drew our attention to things we hadn't thought of, but also arranged the appraiser, notary, etc. She kept us informed and coordinated everything according to our wishes without us having to arrange anything ourselves and therefore had fewer worries. Karen was always mobile or reachable by email for our questions and could answer them immediately or within a very short time.
