He was usually available during the viewings and helped me with the details of what to look for in a house/apartment, especially with difficult things like checking for damage or moss in the walls. The most important thing is that you can place all your trust in him. I also had a pleasant experience with the mortgage advisor here. There was once when I had problems with my mortgage application, but then the advisor dealt with it quickly. It was disappointing for both of us. But he found a way. I have also recommended the agency to one of my friends. Overall, it was a great experience.
