The contact with the real estate agent was unfortunately very disappointing. During no phase of the process did I feel proactively involved and I had to chase everything myself. The availability was very poor and in most cases I wasn't called back. It clearly felt like the process had to be concluded as quickly as possible, with a particular focus on collecting the fee rather than good service.
