Unfortunately, my experience was both disappointing and unprofessional. I contacted them regarding the purchase of a property in which I was genuinely interested. Initially, everything seemed to be going smoothly: communication came promptly and the process appeared simple. However, after submitting my first offer, the tone of the interaction changed dramatically. Instead of engaging in any form of dialogue or negotiation, the agent abruptly broke off all communication. There was no response through any channel. Even after I substantially increased my 2nd offer, there was still no response. What was particularly concerning was the way my offer was taken personally, rather than being handled in the professional and businesslike manner one would expect with real estate transactions. This lack of communication, combined with what came across as arrogance, left a strong impression of poor customer service and unprofessional behavior!

Unfortunately, a bad experience with this company. They confirmed an appointment for a viewing yesterday (by email). Today (the day of the appointment) it turned out that no appointment had been scheduled because the property in question was sold a week ago. The property is listed on their website and on Funda as available - so not sold subject to contract or anything similar, and I can now make another appointment! It's a bad thing to give people unnecessary appointments while the property has already been sold.
