Super unprofessional. I was asked to view an apartment. I arrived on time, but there WAS NO ONE there. I wasn't informed of any changes, nor did I receive an update after I went there and ultimately didn't show up. I called the office, and the lady couldn't reach anyone. I waited 30 minutes without any help and then was told to stay home waiting for an email. A week went by and NOTHING was sent, not even an apology. After I contacted them, they only said that they mixed up two appointments. In short, this is service you better avoid.

Fantastic experience and enormously good result | personal & reliable, enthusiastic & professional are the words with which we would like to describe Elan real estate agents and in particular Vanessa. From moment one, Vanessa ensured that we didn't have to worry about anything at all, she had everything arranged perfectly, thought 10 steps ahead and not entirely unimportant, she achieved the best result when selling our house on Ruyschstraat in Amsterdam, above expectations and not 1 but even 3 bids that were well above expectations (and we had several real estate agents come by who estimated the sale price much lower, but Vanessa was convinced that it would sell for a lot more and she was right!). Vanessa chose an asking price thoughtfully and strategically and based on the interest in the first few days, determined the strategy. Within a week she had scheduled all viewings and set the date for submitting bids and within 2 weeks our house was sold. Achieving the best result is of course an important part of the sale, but Vanessa and Elan real estate agents do so much more. Throughout the process, Vanessa really took everything out of our hands and created a very personal and professional atmosphere. We didn't have to think about anything ourselves and as a former lawyer that is quite special.
