Helaas was mijn ervaring zowel teleurstellend als onprofessioneel. Ik had contact met hen over de aankoop van een woning waarin ik oprecht geïnteresseerd was. Aanvankelijk leek alles soepel te verlopen: de communicatie verliep vlot en het proces leek eenvoudig. Maar toen ik mijn eerste bod had uitgebracht, veranderde de toon van de interactie drastisch. In plaats van een dialoog of onderhandeling aan te gaan, verbrak de makelaar abrupt alle communicatie. Er kwam geen reactie via welk kanaal dan ook. Zelfs nadat ik mijn tweede bod aanzienlijk had verhoogd, kwam er nog steeds geen reactie. Wat vooral zorgwekkend was, was de manier waarop mijn bod persoonlijk leek te worden opgevat, in plaats van op de professionele en zakelijke manier die je bij vastgoedtransacties zou verwachten. Dit gebrek aan communicatie, in combinatie met wat arrogant overkwam, wekte een sterke indruk van slechte klantenservice en onprofessioneel gedrag!

We are very impressed that it only took us 5 weeks, including 1 week of Christmas/New Year's vacation, to close the deal. Unfortunately, a bad experience with this company. They confirmed an appointment for a viewing yesterday (by email). Today (the day of the appointment) it turned out that no appointment had been scheduled because the property in question was sold a week ago. The property is listed on their website and on Funda as available - so not sold subject to contract or anything similar, and I can now make another appointment! It's a bad thing to give people unnecessary appointments while the property has already been sold.
