Uitstekend geholpen met de verkoop: realistische prijsstelling, goede verkoop documentatie en goed geplande bezichtigingen. De hulp van de styliste was heel goed. Het advies om de woning na een paar dagen alweer uit de verkoop te nemen vond ik minder goed, de kopers hebben ook wat tijd nodig voor een goed bod.

Vanaf het allereerste moment van kennismaking tot na de verkoop van mijn woning was het contact en de begeleiding bijzonder prettig. Snel reagerend op al mijn vragen, meedenkend en erg vriendelijk. In het bijzonder Christopher en Paulien krijgen van mij een extra pluim.

Contact was telefonisch, maar zeer goed. Uiteindelijk door goede onderhandeling appartement gekocht.

Ik heb de begeleiding als zeer prettig ervaren. Alle vragen worden serieus genomen en je krijgt snel en duidelijk antwoord. Er wordt gewerkt met een groepsapp, wat erg handig is, zo is er altijd iemand beschikbaar om je te helpen, ongeacht het tijdstip. De informatievoorziening en begeleiding waren uitstekend en alle medewerkers zijn vriendelijk, eerlijk en betrokken. Ik zou deze makelaar dan ook zeker aanbevelen.

Wederom en uitstekende ervaring bij Teer Heemskerk met het Team van Tom, Rob en Rick. Dit jaar voor de derde gekozen voor Teer Makelaars bij een zeer complex verkooptraject. Zowel strategisch als juridisch volledig ontzorgd tot aan de transport bij de notaris. Teer heeft ons tijdens het volledige traject uiterst kundig, vriendelijk en professioneel geadviseerd en begeleid. Echt klasse, zeker een aanrader!

Wij zijn volledig ontzorgd! Vorig jaar februari klopten wij bij Teer aan. Door de prettige ervaring hebben wij niet verder gekeken en besloten meteen voor hen te kiezen. Alles werd in gang gezet en binnen no-time was ook alles geregeld. De foto's/video's, het opmeten, het energielabel en een stylist die ons hielp hoe we alles het beste konden indelen voor de foto's. Alles werd met ons besproken maar we hoefden bijna niets zelf te doen. Dit vonden wij echt heerlijk. Ook als we vragen hadden werden wij bijna meteen te woord gestaan en verder geholpen. Communicatie was echt een mega pluspunt. Binnen een maand stond de woning op Funda. De bezichtigingen verliepen in goed overleg en we werden altijd meteen door de makelaar (in ons geval Tom) ge-update. Nog geen maand na de plaatsing op Funda was de woning verkocht. Ook dit proces tot aan de notaris verliep heel fijn. Nogmaals bedankt voor jullie hulp!
