They are also the only NVM real estate agent locally, so the choice was quickly made for us. Simply Super! Johhny Mijs helped us enormously well. He has a lot of passion for his work. We were in a complicated situation with the housing construction. He doesn't shy away when things get difficult. Johhny is professional, friendly and a real top performer in his field!

We purchased a house that was for sale through Remax. A peculiar construction, because the viewings were conducted by van Loenhout assurantien. We never saw Kees Buijsen himself (!). However, contact with Remax is going very poorly. At the moment we wanted to make an offer, they only wanted to consider it if we also put our own house for sale through them. This feels like blackmail to us. After lengthy negotiations, we eventually succeeded and now live in our new home. Unfortunately, it turns out to contain hidden defects. Of course, we should have had it inspected by a building surveyor, but you don't expect that with a 23-year-old house. Even then, you are treated extremely unfriendly and incorrectly, both by van Loenhout assurantieen and by Kees Buijsen himself. A solution remains elusive. But the service and communication of Remax and van Loenhout receive a resounding failing!

Bad service! Had an appointment scheduled with realtor Kees Buijssen. Neatly on time for the viewing, after 10 minutes called to inquire where the realtor was. I was told that the house had already been sold, appointments canceled for nothing because of this. It would have been nice if this had been reported in a timely manner by phone or email.

Good guidance and taking the sales process out of your hands from A to Z. Clear and fast way of communicating, advising and following up. No surprises afterwards.

The real estate agent advertises that they handle a good price, namely 1.8% commission, but they don't mention that it's excl. VAT?? Until you receive a hefty invoice when selling your house and ultimately pay more than 2% commission. So Attention Attention Reemax is the most expensive and worst real estate agent.

Very poor communication, sometimes even no response at all. And even when you think you have bought a property (oral agreement), the property is simply offered to a second buyer. Inflating the price after the seller has already agreed. Absolutely no ethics. Should give you a sense of security as an NVM real estate agent, but here nothing is certain.

Nice relaxed atmosphere and a personal approach. Very good presentation of your property. Agent is human and professional. A good combination in that profession. Satisfied, therefore!

Zeer tevreden over Helmig. Houden zeer nauw contact, geven goed advies en zijn goed bereikbaar bij vragen. Afgelopen maanden in het verkooptraject veel contact gehad met Erwin. Professioneel, komt zijn afspraken na en absoluut een goed oog voor het persoonlijke contact (voor zowel verkoper als koper). Ook Elly, één van de andere makelaars, is zeer deskundig, prettig in de omgang en betrouwbaar.
