Furthermore, I was spoken to very unprofessionally on the phone (giggling about interest in a very popular house, which felt very belittling) and our offer was dismissed with what felt like a fabricated 'rule'. A strong impression that they obtain their money/commission through unfair means.

Legally, this is not the case, but madam had a nice self-invented theory. It was about guinea pigs. All in all: with this actress I don't need to have anything more to do.
