My husband had an accident with injuries on March 19th last year, multiple callback requests were submitted. The telephone operator even made a request with high urgency. However, no phone call received. What a terrible company. Not recommended if you need an intermediary. If you want to conclude an insurance policy everything is possible but when you need them, nobody is home.

They have absolutely no interest in me as a customer. Appointments have been made multiple times regarding the search for alternative insurance for the person I have there, but it's simply not followed up on. Emails remain unanswered for weeks and when you call, they think it’s perfectly normal. No business with them, as far as I'm concerned.
