My first contact with Lammers Makelaars was during the sale of my house. At that time, I had invited several (local) real estate agents to come by and give their vision on the property to be sold. I was disappointed because most of the companies approached never responded. I invited the companies that did respond, and I quickly became convinced to do business with Lammers Makelaars. I had the privilege of getting to know Alexander.

I don't have much to add to this review, but I apparently need to enter 100 characters. That has now succeeded.

The communication could be better...

Little to no involvement in the apartment that was sold. I know apartments sell themselves now, but if you don't even know where the storage room is located.. And how the upper windows opened, I figured out myself. Moreover, it would have been nice, in my opinion, if it had been proactively reported that asbestos needs to be removed next year. No offer made!

Totally no good feeling about viewing and bidding on houses through this real estate agent. This was before the rush and price increase of the housing market (2020). I experienced the entire process as coercive and therefore also withdrew the offer via email. The reason we withdrew the offer is that we were not allowed a second viewing and could not have a structural inspection carried out. Very poor communication after bidding and withdrawing an offer on a house, both via email and telephone. Received no response to this. I am posting this review so late because I have now definitively bought a house in Zoetermeer. Otherwise, I would not have had a fair chance to view houses or bid on them.
