When buying a new apartment and selling our current apartment, we are extremely satisfied with the entire process. Ferdinand is very involved, clear agreements and easy to reach. Immediately after buying our apartment we knew that we would choose Regron again and undoubtedly also in the future.

We arrived in Rotterdam at the beginning of August. Verra was recommended to us by my husband's company and the future school of my children. Our realtor was a girl named Elicia, and I can only say that she was so kind, sweet, nice and helpful. Absolutely professional. Because this was our first time in the Netherlands, we had no idea how the market works here. We were used to a fast market and many viewings as quickly as possible. That is not the case here. Elicia was therefore extremely patient with us and especially with my mood at that moment 😬. She remained calm and acted well. She had to explain all government requirements, rules and regulations. Regron carried out the valuation as part of our separation, at the request of the counterparty, who was also the client in this case. Unfortunately, this was an extremely negative experience. From the moment of entry, there was no introductory discussion or attempt to involve both owners in a respectful and equal manner. The appraiser focused solely on one party, failing to adopt any neutral stance. Throughout the entire process, communication only occurred with the counterparty, without informing or involving me as a co-owner. Even if the other party is the client, an appraiser should professionally and respectfully treat both owners – something that was completely lacking here. This created not only the impression but also the feeling that the valuation came about one-sidedly. The appraiser was clearly influenced by the counterparty, which resulted in an unnecessarily high valuation that needlessly complicates the buyout process. In a separation, a neutral, objective and careful approach is essential. Especially in such sensitive situations, an appraiser must act professionally, take into account emotions and tensions, and treat both parties equally. This was completely absent in this case. My experience is that Regron’s attitude makes it totally unsuitable for carrying out valuations in divorce situations.
