Then a phone call: 'Withdrawn because an adjustment still had to be made in our data'. Email to the handling real estate agent because our bid 'remained withdrawn': no response. Bid itself re-entered into move.nl. After two weeks of deadly silence, the apartment is 'under offer'. 'There was an early viewing' that suddenly overbid by approximately 40 K??? Dismay here. 'Suppose I would entrust my own house to you for sale'. 'Yes sorry, sorry, sorry. You only get stress from brokers like these. Try to get your affairs in order Van Herk!
