I am really very disappointed in the way this company treats customers. From the beginning, communication was unclear and unprofessional. Appointments were not kept, and I had to constantly follow up myself. Whatever you ask or need – you get no proper response. They don't seem interested at all in customer satisfaction, only in bringing money in. If this is supposed to represent “service,” then I don’t understand how they even have customers. I strongly advise everyone not to do business with RobSwart Bedrijfsvesting. There are plenty of other companies that are reliable and customer-focused.
