Communication via Moov could have been better, as you don't always receive an immediate notification from your account. A minor drawback was the signing moment; it was a quick review and signing of the documents, a bouquet of flowers or a bottle would have been a nice gesture.

Expert no-nonsense realtor

After we had viewed the property ( Burgemeester Middelberglaan 59 Zoetermeer ) and submitted an official bid of 30,000 euros above the asking price, we received a text message saying that all bids were close together and whether we could all bid again. A somewhat strange course of events.

Very customer-unfriendly, they hang up on you. If you ever forget to call back or are unreachable, you can never buy a house through them again – that's what they themselves say. They almost never answer the phone, and if they do, you get a grumpy raisin on the line.

Beautiful new location

An email was sent to request a viewing of a property at the first station street (no. 142). Never received a response. Visited the office in person and encountered an incompetent salesperson who stated that it wasn't his property and we should hear something on Monday if all went well. Now, 6 days later, still nothing heard. The present realtor asked nothing, offered no information, no phone number of the realtor, absolutely nothing. He let a potential buyer walk out like this without attempting any form of contact. Totally unsuitable for the job of salesperson, let alone realtor. We had just walked past the property outside beforehand and it seemed like a nice property, but thanks to the realtor's way of acting, we decided not to put any further effort into it. I would be careful about hiring this realtor because he has at least prevented the seller of the property we saw from having a viewing, without the seller ever knowing that we were interested in his property. Seems like a pure waste of money to use this sales realtor and I will definitely think twice if I see a nice property whether or not I approach this realtor.

An appointment is an appointment. It's very unfortunate that Paul van As repeatedly indicates that you will be called back, but that never happens. I no longer have confidence in van As Makelaardij.

Top broker and appraiser! Very accessible, even by WhatsApp. Yvo appraised our property in connection with the purchase of a new-build home. And a year later, Yvo sold our property within 7 days. However, the buyer dropped out after 2 weeks because they had become ill. The real estate agent immediately took action, resulting in the house being sold again 3 days later. The costs were only 1% of the asking price including stylist and professional photographer. And what also surprised us very much was that the broker was present at the appraisal by the buyer. No structural inspection was requested but even this appointment would be supervised by the broker. We couldn't have wished for a better real estate agent and we would definitely choose them again.

Amateurish broker. Provides incorrect and incomplete information to clients. Thanks to this broker, we have ended up with a huge financial loss! No apologies or compensation. Do not enter into business with this company!
