I viewed a house with my real estate agent that Michel was selling. Later, I sent Michel a direct message saying we wanted to make an offer. That message was sent on Wednesday morning at 8:45 AM. He didn't respond until Thursday at 21:28 PM. The most important thing was that Michel didn't say that someone else had also made an offer that day. He only said that there were other people interested. If Michel had said that there was another bid, we would have increased our bid. The seller did not receive the highest price he could get. Last year I wanted to sell my apartment. Real estate agent Paul came by then, reacted very nonchalantly and acted as if it was a loaf of bread that was going to be sold. No explanation about the procedure or anything similar. He left again within 10 minutes because his girlfriend called. Later I was called by Paul and I indicated that I would continue with another party. Then he told me that I would regret it and that I wouldn't sell him for a good price, he tried to scare me. He clearly didn't like that I continued with another party. Meanwhile, I have sold my apartment for a very good price and I hope Paul has started taking his work more seriously.

What a good client mediator after buying my house in 2017… so many small drawbacks have really been discovered in A PURCHASED HOUSE where the customer should be well aware of the damage and the necessary repairs and (possible) quickly still needed costs. Too bad for a company like this, hence the rating!

Recently had a viewing in Zoetermeer with 1 of the real estate agents. The agent didn't think it was worth telling anything about the house and reacted very nonchalantly otherwise. A shame, because both buyer, seller and realtor put time into it and you expect them to take every buyer seriously. Not customer friendly & service minded. Worst experience ever viewing a house. Didn't get a good feeling from it.

warning; absolutely no customer focus, no service, etc. It takes days to get an answer to a question asked by email, if you even get a decent answer and you are often sent off in the weeds. The gentlemen are very difficult to reach. Everything must go through one central telephone and then they say they are in a meeting, or on the road, or to a viewing, or on vacation, etc. There is hardly any time for the client. If you enter into an agreement with them, you lose all control; they determine what the house should look like, what the selling price is, etc. etc. And this must of course be as low as possible, so that they can quickly cash out with minimal effort, but as a seller you are screwed. If the gentlemen receive some healthy headwinds, motivated and substantiated, they do not address it at all and throw you off Funda without any consultation. Improper and highly inappropriate! Last warning: this office is an absolute no-go!
