Warning for Sellers and Buyers: Think ten times before entering into an agreement with Ronald van 't Hof for the sale or purchase of your home. My experience with this real estate agent was downright negative. He comes across as professional, but my experience points to the opposite. Ronald van 't Hof acted arrogant, manipulative, and poorly communicative during the process. Important information was not shared with the selling party, and I felt that he manipulated the buyer at the expense of a fair process. Agreed matters were not fulfilled, and once the deal was closed, the Move account was immediately deleted, preventing access to correspondence. This kind of practice indicates a lack of integrity and transparency. In my opinion, this real estate agent exhibits behavior more akin to a 'wolf in sheep's clothing' than a reliable NVM realtor. Be warned and consider other options before working with him.

First experience in the housing market with Van 't Hof real estate agency in Zoetermeer. After we had made an offer on a house, we heard nothing more from the realtor, no counter-offer or rejection of our bid, absolutely nothing. We tried to call the realtor several times, but he didn't answer and didn't call back either. After a while, we called the real estate agency, and they stated that the house had already been sold subject to conditions and that contact had been made with all bidders. Except for us; they assumed that we could not borrow more than what we offered, which is complete nonsense. A terrible first experience.
