If you disagree about something, it is discussed and explained how or why things were looked at in that way; in our case, I myself had provided incorrect (too little) information, which is still rectified. This makes you feel like a person and not number so much.

This sale was quite complicated because I live in Canada with a 9;hour time difference and no longer know how properties are sold in the Netherlands. Bad real estate agent. During the viewing, he couldn't tell anything about the property, the plot size, etc., didn't have a folder with information about the property. When signing the preliminary purchase agreement, the questionnaire was not included (important for a house with an age clause) and now he doesn't want to provide it. You have to chase him ten times to get information or ensure that he reports a hidden defect to the seller. Literally said to me on the phone: I have nothing to do with you, I don't want to speak to you anymore, and figure out how to get the questionnaire.
