I really didn't expect this and I am quite shocked by it. An appointment for a viewing, rescheduling appointments, and then selling the property to someone out of nowhere. While no offer has even been made yet. I seriously advised him to come and live with us in the fortress. But he now has a sour 'unreliable' feeling about it, which is disappointing. Also still had discussions regarding their situation and significant equity from the previous house.. And then suddenly everything was possible. I know what happens in real estate but I didn’t expect this in Elburg. I am sorry to leave a negative review, but this shouldn't happen, you know. But well, free market forces can go either way.

No pleasant communication and manner of acting: we have until Tuesday to confirm our interest in a property / to come up with an offer. Our purchasing broker will hear on Friday, upon request, that the property is no longer available / has been promised to someone else. This is very special indeed and certainly not a pleasant experience. Not recommended

He interferes with things that have nothing to do with him. Always chooses the landlord's side (in my case) during a house viewing because the house was for sale, everywhere our belongings were, even on my deceased father’s belongings. And that was just normal. No, he is really there for the people who pay him.
