27 Jan 2026Opvallend dat na deze review in ene weer een heleboel goede reviews geplaatst zijn. Zeer ongeloofwaardig. Overweegt u zaken te doen met deze makelaar? Niet doen! Wij zijn letterlijk ons huis kwijtgeraakt door toedoen van deze makelaar. Het verhaal dat ons is overkomen is bij veel mensen en vooral makelaars in Westfriesland bekend. Deze makelaar heeft willens en wetens niet aan ons verteld dat het huis dat we wilden kopen niet meer te koop was maar liet ons wel in die waan en ging doodleuk door met de verkoop van ons huis. We hebben noodgedwongen een andere woning binnen 5 weken moeten vinden. Het verhaal is veel langer en nog veel onthutsender maar helaas wordt dit niet geaccepteerd door Google maar wilt u weten wat er gebeurd is vertellen we het graag. Op chez bob punt nl kunt u ons bereiken. Het jaar loopt teneinde en ik heb vaak op de knop recensie plaatsen willen drukken maar dacht dan, ach wat haalt het nog uit. Het verandert niets en toch..vandaag ga ik er toch voor. Op naar een nieuw jaar en nu deze affaire en makelaar zo snel mogelijk vergeten. Overigens zet ik een kanttekening bij de positieve reviews daar er ook reviews van personeelsleden en stagiaires tussen staan.

13 Jan 2026Heel fijn geholpen door Priscilla in mijn, toch wel, lange zoektocht (lag niet aan hen, ik had wat tijd nodig om mijn mensenpakket voldoende uit te kristalliseren en niet veel woningen voldeden aan mijn eisen). Gedurende de meerdere bezichtigingen altijd goed bijgestaan en de nodige reality-checks van ze gekregen. Hele fijne partij om te assisteren bij het aankopen van een woning!

Er werd meegedacht in mogelijkheden en geschakeld met mijn hypotheekadviseur om alles mogelijk te maken. Dankzij haar inzet en betrokkenheid heb ik nu eindelijk een thuis.
