I rented through this agency. It's very nice to appear interesting, but keeping appointments and responding to questions and complaints is difficult. Appointments are not or hardly kept. Due to negligence, I have had to act as a go-between several times because the neighbors failed but were still registered at the same address. This issue was only addressed after 1 year and 8 months. Handling of matters is also very poor. And just creating an invoice is probably difficult, and I think that there are few people who will pay charges with an amount and no further justification. Transparency is lacking with these people. As a new tenant through this office, I would definitely be cautious and make sure you have everything in writing, because I have a very unpleasant aftertaste of the way they work. The deposit must be paid within 14 days legally, is there still no life on August 19th? My last tenant was July 31st. In addition, an acquisition was made for upholstery costs of , which have not yet been paid. And it tends towards theft.

Wij hebben uw bericht ontvangen en betreuren het dat u de samenwerking als negatief heeft ervaren. Als beheerder staan wij tussen huurder en verhuurder en hebben wij getracht de belangen van beide partijen zo goed mogelijk te behartigen. Wij willen benadrukken dat er tijdens de huurperiode afspraken buiten ons kantoor om zijn gemaakt. Vandaar hadden we niet overal zicht op. Dat u daarnaast overlast heeft ondervonden van de naastgelegen huurder die failliet is gegaan en zich op hetzelfde adres had ingeschreven, is uiteraard vervelend. Wij begrijpen dat dit voor u tot extra inspanning en frustratie heeft geleid. Wat betreft de eindafrekening: er dienen nog enkele kosten te worden verrekend. Dat dit pas aan het einde van het contract naar voren komt, is begrijpelijk teleurstellend, De verhuurder heeft zich steeds coulant opgesteld en is voornemens de zaken op een nette manier af te ronden. Wij hebben ons gedurende de huurperiode correct opgesteld en zullen dit ook in de afronding blijven doen om tot een goede eindafwikkeling te komen.

We got the feeling that people are working with secret agendas. Our house has been on the market for 6 months and there were supposedly no buyers. But meanwhile, there was an exorbitantly low offer from a 'colleague'. It turns out he himself was it after thorough investigation. Information is being deliberately withheld and we have the idea that Mr. Kuin acts more in the interest of his accomplices than in our interest. So be careful and carefully assess his integrity by checking everything he does/says. We went to a reliable real estate agent and sold within 2 weeks for €163,000 more!

Tijdens een bezichtiging was Judith van Optima de verkopende makelaar. We werden erg netjes geholpen, daarnaast heeft ze haar kennis op orde en wist ze de meeste vragen te beantwoorden. Je zou denken dat is normaal, maar na vele huizen te hebben bekeken en diverse makelaars te hebben gesproken is dat blijkbaar niet zo vanzelfsprekend. Haar open en niet opdringerige manier van werken heeft ons vervolgens doen besluiten om Judith te contacteren en heeft ze ons geholpen als aankoopmakelaar. Tijdens dit proces stond ze altijd klaar om vragen te beantwoorden en regelmatig met ons mee te gaan voor een bezichtiging. Ze heeft onwijs veel geduld! Na een relatief lange periode, omdat wij nogal kieskeurig zijn, hebben we ons droomhuis gevonden en zijn goed begeleid in het aankoopproces. Ook moest ons huis verkocht worden, het team van Optima heeft ook daarbij erg goed geholpen. Het overleg ging meestal direct via whatsapp van het aanpassen van teksten, foto's beoordelen en het indelen van de bezichtigingen, het ging hierdoor allemaal soepel en snel. En met eindresultaat dat Rick en Judith ervoor gezorgd hebben dat we ons huis snel verkocht hebben en wederom goed begeleid zijn bij de rest van het proces!

Ik wil graag langs deze weg RE/MAX makelaars complimenteren, met name in de personen van Tim van der Kruit en Marco Jonk, met hun deskundige informatie t.b.v. van een gratis waarde indicatie op taxaterdag (werd uiteindelijk afgelopen donderdag) Marco deed dat vorig jaar voor mij en ik ging op herhaling met Tim. Ik wilde graag weten hoe de markt zich afgelopen jaar specifiek voor ons huis ontwikkelde. Beiden zijn dus zeer terzake kundig, want het bleek dat het gesprek met Tim zich precies afspeelde zoals met Marco vorig jaar en e.e.a. ook uitstekend in elkaars verlengde lag. Er viel in eerste instantie niet direct geld te verdienen, maar tóch kwam er bij beide gesprekken een professioneel ogend, gedocumenteerd rapport op tafel. Tim wist niet van het bezoek van Marco vorig jaar, maar al vlug bleek dat hij en Marco op dezelfde golflengte opereerden!! Hiervoor mijn hartelijke dank, want ik er erg mee geholpen. Één ding weet ik zeker en dat als ik op korte of lange termijn een makelaar nodig heb die echt bereid is om zich voor mijn zaak in te zetten, zou ik zeker, zeker voor RE/MAX makelaars kiezen. Our RE/MAX realtor, Martin Pereboom, is a very flexible and personal professional. I believe that his support in finding and brokering a deal for our house in Zwaag was essential to the successful result. I would recommend Martin if you want to buy a house. And because I come from Great Britain and have lived/worked in Amsterdam for several years, it's a big step to move to an unfamiliar environment - Martin helped make this journey run smoothly. Also, for excellent financial advice, I would recommend Olaf at Huis en Hypotheek (I wish I had found such an expert in mortgages a few years ago!) This is located next to the RE/MAX office in Hoorn.

in eerste instantie bood de makelaar enkel aan de onderhandelingen uit te voeren, het zoeken moest ik zelf doen. echter kwam ik er vrij snel achter dat mijn makelaar toch voor mij is gaan zoeken naar een woning, helemaal top dus. binnen 2 maanden heb ik met hulp van de makelaar succesvol een woning gevonden en een winnend bod uit kunnen brengen.

De makelaar heeft goede kennis van zaken en is duidelijk. Is ook een goede onderhandelaar. Zij houdt zich aan hetgeen met ons is afgesproken. Ook de papierwinkel die nodig is begeleid zij voortreffelijk. Een pluim dus voor deze makelaar en een absolute aanrader.
