Our previous house was also sold quickly and well, and last June we took the step to involve Rob again in the sale of our house regarding emigration. The communication, quick action and extremely well handled! Because of the lot of interest, the viewings were scheduled in such a way that this gave us an enormous amount of peace! 1 wk online, 2nd the viewings scheduled, 3rd week sold. Bizarre! The handling afterwards was also very smooth! Saying goodbye was difficult, but it's good that way! In addition, the purchase of an apartment for our daughter has also been helped by Rob in a fantastic way! This whole period has already been quite intense and then it's very nice that someone thinks with you! 01 Jul 2025We already know beforehand that Taams will respond with a long story because he absolutely can't handle criticism. We'll keep it short and leave it at that; for sellers, he will be fine (albeit expensive, and through Makelaarsland we were also rid of our home in two weeks for €1650.00), but as buyers, we are left with an extremely unpleasant aftertaste regarding Taams.

01 Jan 2025Due to the death of my father, his house had to be sold. This sale was very emotional for me and I wanted a real estate agent who would completely take care of everything and not ask the top price for it all. Both Rob and Sandra were very empathetic and took almost everything out of my hands. I experienced it as a very pleasant experience. And I also received feedback from the buyers that they too had experienced them as an expert and friendly real estate agent. They said that we have experienced it differently so often.

01 Jan 2024You thought you bought the property at Waterkant 10 last week. Well, then you'll be seriously disappointed by the sellers and Taams real estate agent. After a verbal agreement and acceptance of our offer, real estate agent Taams is drafting the purchase agreement to sign shortly. We, as buyers, were naturally incredibly happy and told everyone that we had a new home. Then on Monday, the sale is abandoned due to a slightly higher bid. What's a verbal agreement worth these days? Why does the real estate agent choose to support this approach? Where is the humanity and respect?

Disappointment is understandable, however a seller has the possibility to accept a higher bid as long as there is no written agreement yet. This stems from the Act on the Sale of Immovable Property and is called the Written Agreement Requirement. Article 7:2 BW applies here among other things. All written and/or verbal commitments prior to signing must be considered, according to that law, as an invitation to enter into a written agreement. In this case, the seller has chosen a better proposal and entered into an agreement with another party.

31 Jan 2026Warning for this company We wanted to buy a house through this company and made an offer, subject to a structural survey. From the first survey it turned out that the house had serious defects. The sellers and Edwin were not in agreement with this report and insisted that additional surveys be carried out. The party we then engaged ourselves, was also labeled by them as “unreliable”. They wanted to exclusively accept a third party that was arranged through themselves, because according to them that would be good. This has led to extra costs, while multiple reports confirmed the same serious defects, including cracks, subsidence and structural problems with a steel structure. In the end we did not buy the house because of these defects. Also another buyer before us was unable to buy the house for the same reasons. My advice: be extra careful with this company and always have a fully independent survey carried out.

07 Jul 2025Very satisfied with husam, always reachable and helpful, he keeps his patience, is up for a joke and when things need to be serious he takes away your worries, he prepares himself well and therefore always has an answer for the other party in buying and selling (we had NH brokers on both sides) We recommend everyone NH broker. No bullshit just clear and with everything calmly discussed. NH brokers also has a wide range of mortgage advisors and building experts etc., who are definitely recommended as well. In short, care was taken of everything in the purchase and sale of our houses. All this for a normal price. Husam thank you for everything and come by again!
