07 Jul 2025We already know beforehand that Taams will respond with a long story because he absolutely can't handle criticism. We'll keep it short and leave it at that; for sellers, he will be fine (albeit expensive, and through Makelaarsland we were also rid of our home in two weeks for €1650.00), but as buyers, we are left with an extremely unpleasant aftertaste regarding Taams.

This sale was very emotional for me and I wanted a real estate agent who would completely take care of everything and not ask the top price for it all. Both Rob and Sandra were very empathetic and took almost everything out of my hands. I experienced it as a very pleasant experience. And I also received feedback from the buyers that they too had experienced them as an expert and friendly real estate agent. They said that we have experienced it differently so often.

07 Nov 2023You thought you bought the property at Waterkant 10 last week. Well, then you'll be seriously disappointed by the sellers and Taams real estate agent. After a verbal agreement and acceptance of our offer, real estate agent Taams is drafting the purchase agreement to sign shortly. We, as buyers, were naturally incredibly happy and told everyone that we had a new home. Then on Monday, the sale is abandoned due to a slightly higher bid. What's a verbal agreement worth these days? Why does the real estate agent choose to support this approach? Where is the humanity and respect?

Disappointment is understandable, however a seller has the possibility to accept a higher bid as long as there is no written agreement yet. This stems from the Act on the Sale of Immovable Property and is called the Written Agreement Requirement. Article 7:2 BW applies here among other things. All written and/or verbal commitments prior to signing must be considered, according to that law, as an invitation to enter into a written agreement. In this case, the seller has chosen a better proposal and entered into an agreement with another party.

No bullshit just clear and with everything calmly discussed. NH brokers also has a wide range of mortgage advisors and building experts etc., who are definitely recommended as well. 14 Nov 2025Fly Schagen, the party that handled the entire purchase process from start to finish on our behalf. Of course, this comes with a cost, but that's a choice you make and they are very transparent about it. I dare to say 100% that I would do it again. Buying a house is not just something, there's a lot to consider and for every question we had, there was almost 24x7 an answer found via a whatsapp group where several employees of Fly Schagen were present. During a meeting during an inspection, they think about things you yourself don't even think of. Kitchen drawers, cabinets and doors are opened with a very critical eye while you yourself are only surprised by how beautiful the floor is. I can recommend Fly Schagen for all your property purchases. The communication is very simple and you are dealing with people who know what they're talking about. Is your fixed real estate agent on vacation? Then you get a colleague assigned to you directly who speaks exactly the same language. 5/5 stars for this party. I am now the happy owner of a new home thanks to Fly Schagen.

Although that project did not work out for us, we stayed with him because he advised us honestly and transparently from the start. Tygo is an incredibly enthusiastic and competent real estate agent. He helped us tremendously in finding a home and selling my partner’s apartment. The communication was always easy: Tygo is very reachable and thinks along with you. Even on his free evenings or weekends, he goes out of his way for you. We as a couple sometimes have somewhat peculiar, sarcastic humor, but that was fortunately no problem with Tygo. Despite him taking his work very seriously and professionally, there’s always room for a joke. This makes the search for a new home and viewings light-hearted and enjoyable. The communication within Fly Real Estate is incredibly fast; if Tygo wasn’t available, one of his colleagues would respond almost immediately and take up our question. If we ever sell or buy another house again, we will definitely approach Fly Real Estate.
