I hesitated to place a review about the situation, but it seems that more people have the same issues with this real estate agent. For the buying party, communication is very difficult and quite impersonal. They sometimes don't respond for days, the negotiation lasted almost two weeks. At the last moment, they even wanted to know who our contact person is from our mortgage provider. After a number of days of silence, we received an email saying that the house was sold to someone else.
