02 Jan 2025John is a nice guy. There have been enough viewers. Unfortunately not that many bids. Something I found quite peculiar. The energy man who arranged John was great. He even explained various things to my son because he's studying construction. I didn't get along as well with the stylist. Such a waste of money. Of course, it must be tidy but putting cushions and feathers everywhere and hanging coasters on the wall, brrr, it sometimes wakes me up. Advice: look for another stylist if people live in a house. She will do fine if a house is uninhabited. Let her fill it with feathers.

16 Sep 2025I rented through this agency. It's very nice to appear interesting, but keeping appointments and responding to questions and complaints is difficult. Appointments are not or hardly kept. Due to negligence, I have had to act as a go-between several times because the neighbors failed but were still registered at the same address. This issue was only addressed after 1 year and 8 months. Handling of matters is also very poor. And just creating an invoice is probably difficult, and I think that there are few people who will pay charges with an amount and no further justification. Transparency is lacking with these people. As a new tenant through this office, I would definitely be cautious and make sure you have everything in writing, because I have a very unpleasant aftertaste of the way they work. The deposit must be paid within 14 days legally, is there still no life on August 19th? My last tenant was July 31st. In addition, an acquisition was made for upholstery costs of , which have not yet been paid. And it tends towards theft.

As a manager, we are between tenant and landlord and have tried to represent both parties' interests as well as possible. We want to emphasize that during the rental period, agreements were made outside our office. Hence, we did not have insight everywhere. That you also experienced nuisance from the neighboring tenant who went bankrupt and had registered at the same address is of course annoying. We understand that this has led to extra effort and frustration for you. Regarding the final settlement: some costs still need to be accounted for. That this only comes up at the end of the contract is naturally disappointing. The landlord has always been accommodating and intends to wrap up the matters in a neat way. We have positioned ourselves correctly during the rental period and will continue to do so in the conclusion to arrive at a good final settlement.

16 Jul 2025We got the feeling that people are working with secret agendas. Our house has been on the market for 6 months and there were supposedly no buyers. But meanwhile, there was an exorbitantly low offer from a 'colleague'. It turns out he himself was it after thorough investigation. Information is being deliberately withheld and we have the idea that Mr. Kuin acts more in the interest of his accomplices than in our interest. So be careful and carefully assess his integrity by checking everything he does/says. We went to a reliable real estate agent and sold within 2 weeks for €163,000 more!

Sebastiaan Vriend, owner of Piet Swart Real Estate, has explained to me very well what his offer is besides being a broker and tax assessor for BOG Business Real Estate. What turns out now? Sebastiaan is also the specialist in the field of agricultural destinations and the necessary changes thereof by the Environmental Act 2024-2030. Is he then an Agricultural Assessor? No, but if farms no longer have agricultural land or agricultural activities, they are considered 'non-agricultural destination' according to that law. And FOR THAT, Sebastiaan is authorized (BOG) to estimate or provide 2 valuations (agricultural destination AND agricultural destination with private residence permit). Plus he gives all the advice around your farm regarding this law. NOTE: If you do not change the destination of such a non-agricultural destination of your farm after 2030, then the municipality will never give you another residence permit again! 10 Jan 2026Disappointing experience purchasing a home through Klaver Makelaardij (Schoorl). We purchased a house where Klaver Makelaardij acted as the selling agent. During the purchase process, several crucial issues were not, incorrectly or too late reported, despite explicit questions from our side. For example, after the handover, among other things, there were ambiguities regarding the property boundary, previous roof leaks and various technical defects that were not mentioned during viewings and the final inspection. The final inspection took place without the presence of the seller; only the agent was present on their behalf. Afterwards, it turned out that information provided by the agent before the purchase did not match or was contradicted by the seller and their lawyer. This has led to discussions and considerable repair costs. We have experienced this process as careless and not transparent, and based on our experience, we cannot recommend Klaver Makelaardij as an agent.
