We had a house viewing with this real estate agent. Only on the way back home did it dawn on us what happened. It seemed as if there was absolutely no interest in selling the property. You could still describe focusing only on the disadvantages as open and honest, but no passion radiated from this employee. He couldn't answer any technical or other questions. When we asked if he had any other houses in his portfolio, he told us to just look at the website. We also haven't heard back regarding our question (via that website) about selling our own house. Ergo; we do not recommend this real estate agent.

What a sad and bad real estate agency. Recently sold a house through this broker. Nice story beforehand but what a disaster. Everything goes slowly and you have to chase after it. People don't understand the business and I never felt that me/my house/the sale was important to them. The brokers who guide the viewers during the viewings were not informed about the house. 1 out of 2 hadn’t even looked at the photos or read up before they came. During various steps in the process, considerable annoyance and frustration arose for me, but much worse for the buyers. This simply cannot be! Ultimately, a detailed list of comments was sent to them, but no substantive response was received while they made quite serious mistakes. See the reaction below: 'Dear Sander, We discussed your email during our weekly consultation this morning. It makes no sense to get into a he-said-she-said situation, so we will not call and further respond in detail to the issues mentioned. However, we would like to state that we are sorry that apparently our service was not to your liking. We will extract from the list of comments the items that we think can be improved. Therefore, once again thank you for your comments. Kind regards, .....'

We have already dealt with this brokerage twice, first time in September 2021, when we were seriously looking for a home in the area. When we entered their office, we were practically ignored by the ladies behind the counter. We asked a question which was answered very briefly and unfriendly. The second time was in December 2021, we asked a telephone question about homes being built on estate Eelink. We were supposed to be called back…...this was a week ago now. We have already formed an opinion about the unprofessional behavior of this realtor.
