Communication was in order and reasonably fast. The real estate agent lacks initiative during the sales process, it seems like a standard formula is being followed. Initiative for planning and making appointments must come from the seller. However, the agent does participate then. If the sale does not proceed as expected, no improvements are suggested, and requests/questions from the seller for adjustments are ignored. The property was sold for much less than initially intended…

A very friendly realtor, but in our opinion, did not sufficiently ensure that the seller complied with his duty of disclosure. In my eyes, he took it too lightly when informing the buyer. We decided to abandon the purchase partly for that reason, a shame!
