Nadat ons huis vele jaren tot grote tevredenheid via Interhouse in de verhuur was geweest was het fijn dat Interhouse ook de verkoop hebben verzorgd. Snel, heldere communicatie, minimale inspanning, juiste strategie.. Jens Godthelp en zijn collega's hebben ons volledig ontzorgd: we hebben er bijna geen omkijken naar gehad! Aanrader dus!

I had rented my house for a few years through them. Everything was fine. Later, the manager of the branch in Sassenheim left and I had to deal with a new manager (he is the main decision maker, or perhaps the one who oversees the entire internet house). He refused to rent my house. I asked him for the reason or I wrote him that I was open to discussion and willing to respect their general terms, but they had to tell me. He refused to be open and wrote that it was final, without any explanation. A few years later I tried again and the local branch agreed, but the same person (I don't want to mention names publicly, out of respect) refused again to rent, despite agreeing with their terms. Everything is in writing. This person who makes the decisions is extremely rude or arrogant and I felt discriminated against (in my opinion), although I might be wrong and I don't want to be judgmental. In the business world it is considered: if someone behaves well, is polite and adheres to the contract, services should not be denied to him. I always paid on time and agreed with their service conditions. It is still a mystery to me! Anyway, there were others who rented my house with better service and I paid them more as the rent increased and the property became more expensive, so it's their loss. But I want to share my experience and all communication is in writing! I have thought about it for years before writing this feedback, to make sure I'm not writing anything from my emotions.

Onze winkel heeft ruim 2 jaar te huur gestaan bij BM bedrijfsmakelaars en ondanks dat wij continu de prijs verlaagde, zijn ze niet in staat geweest om de winkel te verhuren. Toen wij noodgedwongen de bestemming van de winkel hebben kunnen veranderen en de winkel zijn gaan verbouwen tot woningen, kregen we als klap op de vuurpijl nog een factuur voor het intrekken van de opdracht. En dat na ruim 2 jaar niet in staat zijn om een huurder aan te brengen. Ik zou dat niet durven. Voor mij de laatste keer met deze makelaar.
