Without this realtor, we wouldn't have bought such a beautiful house.. in that respect very knowledgeable, collaborative and result-oriented. However, the communication could be better.. appointments to make contact were regularly postponed and forgetting appointments and having to text to follow up is annoying.. we think this realtor had too much on his plate. Disappointing on many levels unfortunately. The asking price was estimated far too high, causing many potential buyers to drop out from the start. Ultimately, my mother's house was sold almost 40,000 euros below the asking price, which happens very rarely nowadays. The text for Funda was full of spelling mistakes that I had corrected, there were errors in the preliminary purchase agreement, and my deceased father's will appeared to be temporarily lost with the real estate agent. All in all, I would have expected less amateurism from these real estate agents.....
