Our experience with RAS Makelaars is utterly disappointing. What initially seems friendly and professional turns out to be mainly unreliable in practice. We have experienced this real estate agent as slick and not very transparent. It felt like they were mainly thinking about their own interests, which makes it hard to rely on them in an important process. Our advice: be extremely critical if you are considering working with this party, but even better: choose another real estate agent. If you want to buy a house with RAS agents, check everything carefully. For us it's clear: we will not do business with Ignas and Marian Ras anymore.

With great enthusiasm, a series of offers back and forth began with a house. At the beginning, it's always a bit of feeling each other out, partly because you want to give less, the seller naturally wants to get more. Marian Ras herself oversaw this communication, as well as natural advice to the seller. After finally agreeing on the amount, there was then enormous difficulty regarding subsequent steps. More certainty needs to come from us according to her while we were told that she herself had advised a counter-offer to the sellers which was higher than ours and the seller themselves already liked. At that moment, this was, as far as we know, as our mortgage advisor said: verbally sold. Subsequently, we are told that the following weekend the house simply went into the open house, as well as that the asking price had been lowered. All of this after it had in fact been verbally sold, actually under offer, and we were already busy with many actions. The week after, no message anymore, we ourselves proceeded with the question of whether things can be set up and whether we can have a building inspection and valuation done. There is, again after much difficulty about uncertainty, a purchase agreement drawn up. After we have arranged everything and want to come by that Friday for inspection etc. and want to sign, we are called the day before that there has suddenly been an overbid and whether we will go along with it upwards. A very sad state of affairs, I will never go here again if after so much effort, bills, insurances taken out and different agencies helped, you are simply dismissed with nothing.

To my astonishment, the realtor Ras is sitting in the car and driving at breakneck speed, certainly 80 to 100 km/h along the Linge towards Arnhem. Ras, I personally think, is already a bit of an arrogant man because he's a realtor. And thinks people can be pushed off the road and drive fast. I called his office that it wasn't intended for his behavior. But I think Mr. Ras often does this in this way and if you are late for an appointment, he leaves earlier to arrive on time for your appointment. Unsocial behavior away, especially when a realtor.

Ras real estate agents is a company where things are apparently going so well that they have little interest in making any effort. The real estate world often complains about interested parties who no longer get back in touch after a viewing. At RAS real estate agents, this principle has been adopted and calling back after showing interest in a property is not on the agenda. Called several times, heard several times that the relevant colleague, who handles the property, would call back. That still needs to happen. If you then call for the umpteenth time and indicate that you are tired of the lack of service/attitude. Then you receive an email within 30 minutes stating that the renting party does not want to rent to you. Now that last thing is fine, that someone who offers a property for rent doesn't want to rent it to a serious candidate. But that RAS real estate agents cannot call back and, after the umpteenth complaint about this, can only send a rejection email is of course disrespectful. No apologies for not calling back, no effort taken to calmly provide feedback by phone. Nothing! And the funny thing is, they never asked me to come by and the landlord has never spoken to me about my plans... so keep in mind, if you need these people, you can be completely ignored and that they don't want to bother calling back or talking to you... We are now 8 months later and the relevant property is only now provisionally rented.

The lady on the phone promised that they would contact me, but they never did. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Very satisfied with RAS Makelaars. Ignas Ras has a personal approach, gave honest advice and I regularly received telephone feedback (which I found very important). He was even present together with the photographer to ensure that my property was presented as well as possible. Also very satisfied with the photos. I compared many real estate agents and RAS was truly the best in terms of price, quality, way of approach, updates and feedback, in short, in everything!

Onbereikbaar slechte service voor huurders

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY! A BIG DISASTER, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! It goes well until you report a defect in your home. The report is not picked up and you have to call everywhere yourself. Once it's fixed, you have to do all the groundwork yourself. After that, there is no communication and nothing done with your groundwork. A solution does not come, oh right sorry that's all you get back. Furthermore, FITvastgoed does not take you at all seriously as a customer, the owner of the house is the customer, and not you as a tenant. Having a conversation is impossible, defects just are not solved, that's what FIT stands for!

Super fijn kantoor dat alles netjes en snel regelt en afhandelt. We hadden gedurende 4 jaar huurcontract weinig problemen in ons huis, maar wanneer wat hersteld moest worden ging dit vlot en correct. De overdracht van het huis naar de volgende huurders werd goed begeleid.

Wij hebben met ons gezin van vier kinderen twee jaar lang een woning gehuurd bij Fitvastgoed en deze later gekocht. Alles is altijd netjes geregeld en volledig naar wens verlopen. De communicatie was duidelijk, eventuele punten werden snel opgepakt en we wonen er nog steeds met veel plezier. Een extra woord van dank aan Paul Wassman voor zijn betrokkenheid en fijne begeleiding. Fitvastgoed is voor ons een zeer betrouwbare en prettige partij gebleken.

Zeer tevreden. Ben al een aantal keer erg goed geholpen door FIT Vastgoedbeheer. Je kunt er erg fijn huren en er zijn korte lijnen. Fijne communicatie en direct contact.

Wij hebben op een positieve wijze samengewerkt met de medewerkers van FIT. Ivm beëindigen van de huurovereenkomst, snel en duidelijke afspraken gemaakt over wat wel en niet moest. Ook hebben ze ons goed in contact gebracht met de volgende huurster. Met de financiële afwikkeling zoals de borg en tips voor de nuts bedrijven hebben wij een goede afronding kunnen doen. Betrouwbaar en duidelijk. Dank.

Inmiddels al ruim een half jaar lekkages door het hele huis. Fit is dan niet heel behulpzaam maar worden weer wel actief als er een huurverhoging kan worden doorberekend. En dat doen ze dan ook gewoon de volle mep wat wettelijk is toegestaan. Dus eigenlijk staat FIT voor: Fiasco Irritant Teleurstellend

Biologisch gevaar in een van hun gebouwen en het kan ze niets schelen... ik raad ze voor geen goud aan. Dure huur, maar GEEN onderhoud en slecht gerenoveerd... Het ergste wat ik ooit in mijn leven heb meegemaakt...

Kijk uit met dit bedrijf. Bij calamiteiten reageren ze niet! In ons geval duurt het al 6 maanden voor een lekkage opgelost wordt en inmiddels stroomt het water langs de electra maar er komt niemand! Ik zie meerdere meldingen als deze dus blijkbaar is dat de standaard!

Wij hebben vier jaar lang met veel plezier bij Fit Vastgoedbeheer gehuurd en kunnen hen van harte aanbevelen. Vanaf het reageren op de woning tot en met het afsluiten van het huurcontract verliep alles zeer soepel en professioneel. Na de bezichtiging was het spannend of wij de woning toegewezen zouden krijgen, vooral gezien de huidige woningkrapte. Wij werden het uiteindelijk en waren daar dolgelukkig mee. Tijdens de huurperiode van vier jaar was onze contactpersoon altijd beschikbaar voor vragen of opmerkingen, zelfs in het weekend. Het persoonlijke en laagdrempelige contact vonden wij echt een groot pluspunt. Verder werden gebreken aan de woning direct opgelost. Het was heel simpel om via het portaal een melding te maken en die werden zeer snel opgepakt. Vaak kwam er die week nog iemand langs om het te verhelpen. Toen onze gezinssituatie veranderde en we besloten te verhuizen, verliep ook dit proces zonder problemen. We hebben zelfs iemand aangedragen voor de woning, en dat werd door Fit Vastgoedbeheer op een prettige en efficiënte manier opgepakt. De borg werd snel en correct teruggestort, wat voor ons de kers op de taart was. Wij kunnen Fit Vasthoedbeheer dus van harte aanbevelen!!

na ruim 1,5 jaar gehuurd te hebben via fit vastgoedbeheer, kan ik niks anders zeggen dan dat ik zeer tevreden ben. Ze zijn zeer vriendelijk en helpen op alle wijze mee aan de eventuele problemen of hindernissen. mocht ik ooit weer een woning moeten huren kijk ik als eerste bij dit bedrijf. :)

Verdachte praktijken. Vragen om persoonsgegevens, loonstroken, jaaropgave etc. nog voordat de bezichtiging überhaupt plaats vindt. Je weet dus niet eens of je uitgenodigd wordt en ze vragen dit allemaal per mail op te sturen wat in strijd is met privacy. Elke gerespecteerde makelaar vraagt dit soort informatie via een beveiligd huurportaal en niet zo maar via de mail. Trap er niet in mensen - je weet namelijk nooit waar deze informeren terecht komt.

Het duurt ontzettend lang voordat problemen in jouw woonruimte worden opgelost. Komt met name doordat de communicatie bijzonder slecht en traag verloopt. Ik zou ten zeerste afraden bij deze partij een woonruimte te huren.

Reageren snel

Panden worden niet onderhouden, communicatie met huurders is nonexistent, huurprijzen veel te hoog en als ze gecorrigeerd worden door de huurcommissie kun je blijven wachten op het door Fit verschuldigde bedrag, bouwkundig gezien is het pand in treurige staat, sleutels van de binnenkant van de voordeur zijn er niet, telefoonnummer voor calamiteiten wordt niet opgenomen, het lijstje van wanpraktijken bij deze verhuurder groeit met de dag.

Essentiële gebreken aan woningen worden niet opgelost.
