29 Apr 2025Very satisfied with Danny. The sale of the house was not a standard sales situation. The house, for example, wasn't a palace!! Nevertheless, Danny dedicated all his effort and time to it. Ultimately, it went away for quite a nice selling price. Which I didn't expect. Despite the situation I was in/am in, he helped and supported me incredibly well!! TOP realtor 👍🏻

29 Aug 2024After speaking with a number of agents, I ultimately chose Danny Pellegrom from Beste Prijs Makelaars. He came across as friendly, honest, reliable, and straightforward, and I felt very comfortable with him. The prices he charges are also particularly reasonable. The first three months were very pleasant; he went above and beyond and helped me with matters that extended beyond just the house. My points of criticism were that the written text was utterly worthless and I wasn't satisfied with the photos. Also, appointments weren’t kept, resulting in missed viewings. Danny’s motivation decreased month by month, and he started arriving late frequently. This forced me to constantly meet the viewers, which led them to comment that it looked even better and more spacious in person than in the photos…. We were also going to have an open house, which went well. Another appointment that wasn't kept. After 4 months of having new photos taken (by his daughter), the house was removed from funda. Then, three weeks later when the photos still weren’t ready and my house still wasn’t back on funda, I contacted him and from that moment onwards communication deteriorated. There was no more consultation, nor was I kept informed. My house was no longer linked to move or to my fund account. A few days later, I was told that there would be several viewers and whether they could be scheduled for the first week of month 6. I indicated that this was possible. The date got closer and closer, but I heard nothing more. Two days before, I asked if anyone was still coming (something he always kept me informed about in the beginning) and that I hadn’t received any emails from Move or heard anything from him. Briefly, I was told that two people were coming, but shouldn't you also hear that from Move? No, I had already indicated that. Oh yes, apparently the reconnection had gone wrong and he would look into it. I never saw anything in move… Ultimately, an offer was made through an open registration process, and the couple with serious interest had inquired with Danny about what they should expect regarding the amount. His answer (he told me himself): 'Yes, I don’t know all that; I can't see that at the moment.' The result? An offer below the asking price… in a time when there were many overbids…. The agent started pushing me to accept it, but meanwhile something serious had happened to me so I seemed to have no other choice than to take the house off the market, which is what I didn’t want. I indicated that I needed a week before I could give an answer and communicated this to the bidders. This time was not granted to me by the agent. He repeatedly insisted on an answer and even said he would just say that you will only leave after half a year? I couldn't answer that either, and I felt incredibly pressured. I wanted to discuss this personally with him, but appointments were no longer possible with him. Ultimately, I had to make the decision to take the house off the market, and when I asked Danny about it, I immediately received a termination invoice and was told that the house would only be removed from funda and the other sales sites if I paid. I pointed out that I hadn’t discussed terminating the collaboration with anyone and had simply requested that the house be taken off the market. The response was that this was unclear. Two weeks later, the house still wasn't off the market, and I received an email saying he had viewers and what the status was. He left me no choice but to pay the invoice so that my house would finally be taken off the market! I find this scandalous, and all this stress was just too much for me. Super nice that you are responding with untruths :) if there is no appointment then someone doesn't open up and if people have other appointments then you don’t respond to the phone either, that’s true.

Unfortunately, Mrs. Schouten has a major problem with communication and when the real estate agent then makes an appointment after a bid, she doesn't open the door, doesn't respond to phone calls or messages. Neither afterwards. After ultimately 2.5 weeks, there was a message (by email) that she wanted to remove the property from Funda without any further motivation. It is also very strange that Mrs. does not remember the open house, which did indeed take place. For 2 hours, the real estate agent received people. It is true that the real estate agent did not give the buyer an answer as to what they should offer; that would also be extremely bad if the real estate agent were to mention it. His daughter did indeed take the photos and he is proud of that since she is a photographer!! A bid far below the asking price is not correct, the bid was less than 4 % below the asking price. Contact was requested about this and an appointment was made, but as previously indicated, she unfortunately didn't open the door and wasn't reachable for consultation. It is particularly annoying that it has to be this way because BPM is running extremely hard for his clients. Communication can solve a lot if there is already a problem. Mistakes are made where people work, but this explanation is completely misrepresented, unfortunately.

29 Aug 2024My experience with BestePrijsMakelaars.nl has unfortunately been very disappointing. Both the buyer and seller agreed on the price and delivery of the house, but the process stumbled on the conditions and the deficient communication via the real estate agent. Despite us having allowed, in good faith, the sale to be arranged through their real estate agent instead of our own, we have had to deal with several serious errors in the draft purchase agreement. Articles were added or omitted without consultation, which led to confusion and delay. Moreover, the buyer did not respond for weeks, further complicating the process. We made efforts to ensure that the sale proceeded smoothly, came twice with a price reduction, and tried to work constructively together, but the disappointing course of events has cost a lot of unnecessary time and undermined trust. Given this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend BestePrijsMakelaars.nl.

Dear Sir, My assignment was to help the buyer with the purchase of the apartment. In doing so, I must point out possible risks to the seller and caution them against problems. It did not seem appropriate to put incorrect (text requested by you) in a sales agreement, therefore they were not errors but inaccuracies if I had included your texts. That is something I cannot and may not do. I have not interfered with negotiations; that was discussed between yourselves. Your story also does not hold up there, unfortunately, but I will not elaborate on that here. It's unfortunate that you feel you must pass judgment on my work while you are not my client. Fortunately, my client is satisfied with my approach and warnings. I can perfectly live with you not recommending me:)

12 Jul 2025I had engaged Mathieu Paul to prepare a valuation report for my property. He had forgotten to take photos of the attic and asked me if I could do that. Since I had to pay € 800.00 for this report, I thought a discount would be appropriate. He was able to offer a € 20.00 discount. For that amount, I thought it better that he come take the photos himself, and he did so after first threatening to return the assignment. This wasn't an option, I think, because VOF Huurlingsedam was the client, not myself. When he came to take these two photos, he still wanted to know why I couldn’t do it myself, that he always likes to be in good contact with people and always tries not to overdo the valuation. Now? It was an unpleasant experience for me.

Dear Tom, I'm sorry you experienced the circumstances as unpleasant. I honestly hesitated whether I should respond and if this was the right medium for it. Not to assert my correctness, because it’s not about being right but about each other's interpretation, but precisely out of respect. Because silence could also convey something that I wouldn’t want: as if I don’t care what you think of it. On the contrary, that is why I would still like to give a brief explanation. You selected me from a list of appraisers, as prescribed by the rules for this type of appraisal. The landowner/developer is the client for the appraisal. I understand that € 800 is a lot of money. At the same time, I would also like to explain, as you know, that you pay half of that and the landowner/developer pays the other half. This too is arranged in the regulations. When I discovered that a photo of the attic was missing, something that happens very occasionally and is usually resolved by the owner or resident who then sends me that little photo via WhatsApp, I contacted you and asked if you could take two photos of the attic. You did not agree with this; it was my job, and in principle you are also right about that. You asked if there would be a discount included. I was surprised because I had never experienced this before and suggested a €20 discount. That didn't meet your wishes, after which you indicated that I should just come by myself for the photo of the attic. Which I did the next day. The tone of our contact at that moment, which I did not experience as pleasant and surprised me, made me suggest giving back the assignment if necessary. Not out of resistance, and not as a pressure tactic but because I genuinely believe in pleasant cooperation without hassle and with trust in each other. During my visit for the forgotten photo, I tried to express things to each other, to understand what the feeling was for you and for me, to clear the air. Apparently that didn’t succeed. What I also mentioned then is that I like to deal with people in a pleasant way and that I carry out my appraisal fairly. By that I mean getting to an honest appraisal without exaggerating. That applies to every assignment and that's what I stand behind in this situation as well. 13 Nov 2024From the beginning, I already had a good feeling about Woonhart. Initially invited because I know Twan from the soccer club, but I also invited another real estate agent. During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. Some time ago, we overbid on a house by 105,000 euros, and this realtor refused to pass this on to the seller because eerlijk bieden.nl would be used. A realtor is obliged to pass on EVERY bid. Furthermore, there are now all sorts of defects in the property that he should have reported, but he did not properly inspect the house and did not visit certain rooms, according to him, because things were in the way. So, in other words, this realtor sells a car but isn't sure if it has an engine. We tried to have a conversation with him, but he only comes up with accusations and, even worse, doesn’t have the decency to let you finish speaking. This realtor stated that he would prefer to go to court than we will sort it out. Are there more people with negative experiences with this realtor? I urge you to report here so we can take action together.

And that turned out to be a good choice again. The real estate agent is very flexible and has a very good knowledge of the local market. I only had to bid on one house. It was an immediate hit. 20 Jun 2025I recently sold my house through Digimakelaars. I am very satisfied with their service and their non-pushy way of working. My house was beautifully presented on funda thanks to a good photoshoot. I personally conducted the viewings in my house, but the real estate agent (Guido) negotiated on my behalf, which worked perfectly. He also gave me advice when I had various questions and when buying another house. Very accessible and pleasant. And not unimportant: a completely different financial picture than with a regular real estate agent.

Date unknownAfter moving abroad, we still needed a real estate agent for the sale of my deceased brother's house. Because Digimakelaars helped us excellently last time, I chose them without hesitation again, didn't even approach anyone else. Despite having to ask much more support from them this time, I was pleasantly surprised again. Everything was arranged perfectly and I actually didn't have to worry about anything. Handled everything in detail in the pleasant way that I remembered from last time. As far as I am concerned, I can still wholeheartedly recommend Digimakelaars. The sale of your house is well taken care of and at a very reasonable price. Conclusion: a solid 10+!

20 Nov 2024I tried to sell my house through Digimakelaars. At the beginning of our collaboration, I informed them about a problem I had with my neighbor, and I received assurance that it would not be an issue. However, during the first visit by potential buyers, my neighbor got into conversation with the realtor. As a result, they decided to terminate our cooperation immediately. Nevertheless, I have not received a refund of over € 700,- that I paid for the photography services. I do not recommend them; they are incompetent, unreliable and dishonest!

Dear Bartosz, we are talking about a situation that occurred in March 2023, more than one and a half years ago. It involved a threatening situation. The problem was larger than just an issue with the neighbor. We were not clearly informed by you as client about this. The neighbor turned out to be aggressive, threatened my employee, and we even contacted the police about it. For safety reasons, we stopped the assignment. Regarding your question about the reimbursement of start-up costs, we explained that these are third-party costs that we are allowed to pass on to our clients in such cases. We offered to make the produced marketing material available to you, but this offer was not accepted. After this explanation, you came to our office to pick up the keys and did not discuss this topic any further, so we assumed that our explanation was accepted. We regret seeing this again in Google reviews after 1.5 years. If you would like to talk about this further, we are always open for a conversation.

20 Jul 2024We are renting a house through Vesteda. The houses are now being offered for sale. This seems like a nice, good story with it, but then the offer is significantly higher than the official appraisal for market value. Previously, it was said that the house would be offered at a 'better price' (or with another resident 'casco') than normal on the market. Unfortunately, this is not correct. It’s still strange that a real estate agent states upfront that they have never sold a house in this area and then doesn’t go along with an appraisal from a real estate agent from around here.... For people in Rhenen who are in the same situation or will be getting it offered, keep in mind that the appraisal will be lower than the bid and you will therefore need to have quite a bit of your own money. Really a shame since we really wanted to buy it but the pitch was nicer than reality.
