09 May 2025Very satisfied with Danny. The sale of the house was not a standard sales situation. The house, for example, wasn't a palace!! Nevertheless, Danny dedicated all his effort and time to it. 09 Dec 2024After speaking with a number of agents, I ultimately chose Danny Pellegrom from Beste Prijs Makelaars. He came across as friendly, honest, reliable, and straightforward, and I felt very comfortable with him. The prices he charges are also particularly reasonable. The first three months were very pleasant; he went above and beyond and helped me with matters that extended beyond just the house. My points of criticism were that the written text was utterly worthless and I wasn't satisfied with the photos. Also, appointments weren’t kept, resulting in missed viewings. Danny’s motivation decreased month by month, and he started arriving late frequently. This forced me to constantly meet the viewers, which led them to comment that it looked even better and more spacious in person than in the photos…. We were also going to have an open house, which went well. Another appointment that wasn't kept. After 4 months of having new photos taken (by his daughter), the house was removed from funda. Then, three weeks later when the photos still weren’t ready and my house still wasn’t back on funda, I contacted him and from that moment onwards communication deteriorated. There was no more consultation, nor was I kept informed. My house was no longer linked to move or to my fund account. A few days later, I was told that there would be several viewers and whether they could be scheduled for the first week of month 6. I indicated that this was possible. The date got closer and closer, but I heard nothing more. Two days before, I asked if anyone was still coming (something he always kept me informed about in the beginning) and that I hadn’t received any emails from Move or heard anything from him. Briefly, I was told that two people were coming, but shouldn't you also hear that from Move? No, I had already indicated that. Oh yes, apparently the reconnection had gone wrong and he would look into it. I never saw anything in move… Ultimately, an offer was made through an open registration process, and the couple with serious interest had inquired with Danny about what they should expect regarding the amount. His answer (he told me himself): 'Yes, I don’t know all that; I can't see that at the moment.' The result? An offer below the asking price… in a time when there were many overbids…. The agent started pushing me to accept it, but meanwhile something serious had happened to me so I seemed to have no other choice than to take the house off the market, which is what I didn’t want. I indicated that I needed a week before I could give an answer and communicated this to the bidders. This time was not granted to me by the agent. He repeatedly insisted on an answer and even said he would just say that you will only leave after half a year? I couldn't answer that either, and I felt incredibly pressured. I wanted to discuss this personally with him, but appointments were no longer possible with him. Ultimately, I had to make the decision to take the house off the market, and when I asked Danny about it, I immediately received a termination invoice and was told that the house would only be removed from funda and the other sales sites if I paid. I pointed out that I hadn’t discussed terminating the collaboration with anyone and had simply requested that the house be taken off the market. The response was that this was unclear. Two weeks later, the house still wasn't off the market, and I received an email saying he had viewers and what the status was. He left me no choice but to pay the invoice so that my house would finally be taken off the market! I find this scandalous, and all this stress was just too much for me. Super nice that you are responding with untruths :) if there is no appointment then someone doesn't open up and if people have other appointments then you don’t respond to the phone either, that’s true.

Unfortunately, Mrs. Schouten has a major problem with communication and when the real estate agent then makes an appointment after a bid, she doesn't open the door, doesn't respond to phone calls or messages. Neither afterwards. After ultimately 2.5 weeks, there was a message (by email) that she wanted to remove the property from Funda without any further motivation. It is also very strange that Mrs. does not remember the open house, which did indeed take place. For 2 hours, the real estate agent received people. It is true that the real estate agent did not give the buyer an answer as to what they should offer; that would also be extremely bad if the real estate agent were to mention it. His daughter did indeed take the photos and he is proud of that since she is a photographer!! A bid far below the asking price is not correct, the bid was less than 4 % below the asking price. Contact was requested about this and an appointment was made, but as previously indicated, she unfortunately didn't open the door and wasn't reachable for consultation. It is particularly annoying that it has to be this way because BPM is running extremely hard for his clients. Communication can solve a lot if there is already a problem. Mistakes are made where people work, but this explanation is completely misrepresented, unfortunately.

26 Jul 2025I had engaged Mathieu Paul to prepare a valuation report for my property. He had forgotten to take photos of the attic and asked me if I could do that. Since I had to pay € 800.00 for this report, I thought a discount would be appropriate. He was able to offer a € 20.00 discount. For that amount, I thought it better that he come take the photos himself, and he did so after first threatening to return the assignment. This wasn't an option, I think, because VOF Huurlingsedam was the client, not myself. When he came to take these two photos, he still wanted to know why I couldn’t do it myself, that he always likes to be in good contact with people and always tries not to overdo the valuation. Now? It was an unpleasant experience for me.

Dear Tom, I'm sorry you experienced the circumstances as unpleasant. I honestly hesitated whether I should respond and if this was the right medium for it. Not to assert my correctness, because it’s not about being right but about each other's interpretation, but precisely out of respect. Because silence could also convey something that I wouldn’t want: as if I don’t care what you think of it. On the contrary, that is why I would still like to give a brief explanation. You selected me from a list of appraisers, as prescribed by the rules for this type of appraisal. The landowner/developer is the client for the appraisal. I understand that € 800 is a lot of money. At the same time, I would also like to explain, as you know, that you pay half of that and the landowner/developer pays the other half. This too is arranged in the regulations. When I discovered that a photo of the attic was missing, something that happens very occasionally and is usually resolved by the owner or resident who then sends me that little photo via WhatsApp, I contacted you and asked if you could take two photos of the attic. You did not agree with this; it was my job, and in principle you are also right about that. You asked if there would be a discount included. I was surprised because I had never experienced this before and suggested a €20 discount. That didn't meet your wishes, after which you indicated that I should just come by myself for the photo of the attic. Which I did the next day. The tone of our contact at that moment, which I did not experience as pleasant and surprised me, made me suggest giving back the assignment if necessary. Not out of resistance, and not as a pressure tactic but because I genuinely believe in pleasant cooperation without hassle and with trust in each other. During my visit for the forgotten photo, I tried to express things to each other, to understand what the feeling was for you and for me, to clear the air. Apparently that didn’t succeed. What I also mentioned then is that I like to deal with people in a pleasant way and that I carry out my appraisal fairly. By that I mean getting to an honest appraisal without exaggerating. That applies to every assignment and that's what I stand behind in this situation as well. Honestly, we were quite critical and that made the search a considerable challenge for Nikki as well. Nevertheless, one day she came up with a house that was for sale (not yet on Funda!). 29 Oct 2024From the beginning, I already had a good feeling about Woonhart. Initially invited because I know Twan from the soccer club, but I also invited another real estate agent. During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. (Unlike many other offices) The appointment was easily arranged. Mr. Jillis was already on time and had all necessary preparations made before we arrived. (You can't always expect that either) Very friendly, open man who knows his stuff. No arrogant attitude or unpleasant behavior but mutual respect. Some real estate agents think they are some kind of god. The viewing was very extensive and certainly not rushed. There was plenty of time and space to thoroughly look at the house and ask questions. Despite choosing another house, we were extremely satisfied and charmed by Jillis. It has nothing to do with the qualities of Jillis, his office or the house since we chose a different location. 01 Oct 2025Jillis Baggerman is a worthless realtor. Integrity is nowhere to be found. Some time ago, we overbid on a house by 105,000 euros, and this realtor refused to pass this on to the seller because eerlijk bieden.nl would be used. A realtor is obliged to pass on EVERY bid. Furthermore, there are now all sorts of defects in the property that he should have reported, but he did not properly inspect the house and did not visit certain rooms, according to him, because things were in the way. So, in other words, this realtor sells a car but isn't sure if it has an engine. We tried to have a conversation with him, but he only comes up with accusations and, even worse, doesn’t have the decency to let you finish speaking. This realtor stated that he would prefer to go to court than we will sort it out. Are there more people with negative experiences with this realtor? I urge you to report here so we can take action together.

Because Digimakelaars helped us excellently last time, I chose them without hesitation again, didn't even approach anyone else. Despite having to ask much more support from them this time, I was pleasantly surprised again. Everything was arranged perfectly and I actually didn't have to worry about anything. Handled everything in detail in the pleasant way that I remembered from last time. As far as I am concerned, I can still wholeheartedly recommend Digimakelaars. Date unknownHighly recommended! We recently sold our house through Digimakelaars. A perfect concept, with very friendly employees who really understand their profession. Guido and Jolanda from Digimakelaars helped and supported us perfectly. They were always available, gave very good advice, and we were well informed about the progress of the sale and all settlements went smoothly. We had chosen to have them do most things except for providing the text for the advertisement on Funda (and therefore also for the website and social media channels that Digimakelaars manages themselves), making appointments for viewings, and the viewings themselves. We did those ourselves. A concept based on modern digitalization. Digimakelaars took care of all processes that traditional real estate agents handle when selling a home. Such as a lot of digital paperwork, professional photography, accurate measurement of the house, advertising on Funda, setting up an online bidding system, notary appointments, checking all documents, etc etc. We were able to save quite a bit of costs thanks to this concept. Simply because you do some tasks yourself. And those are even fun to do… We received many ‘tips and tricks’ from Digimakelaars for providing the text, preparing the house for photography, and the viewings. When setting up the text for digital advertisements on Funda and other sites, they also check everything. We also received good advice from Digimakelaars in advance regarding the photography of the house. They hire an external company, specializing in real estate sales photography, to photograph the house. The photographer was very enthusiastic about the preparations we had made with the tips from Digimakelaars. We had cleaned up every room and put the excess items into moving boxes. We could then slide them out of sight when the photographer wanted to photograph the room and slide them back in when the photographer was finished. You can decide for yourself how many viewings you want to do. Traditional real estate agents will never do as much as we did. We had 22 viewings and at one point also had to reschedule viewing appointments. We spent a weekend on these 22 viewings and the following week, some evening viewings. Then the bidding process closed on Friday. All in all, this lasted a week during which you can decide when the viewings can take place. A great advantage of doing your own viewings is that you meet the people who are interested in your house yourself, you can tell them a lot about the house with enthusiasm (usually more than a traditional real estate agent can do), and you can describe the neighborhood where you live well. We received many positive reactions from potential buyers who had already done a lot of home viewings. We are therefore also convinced that this concept will lead to more bids than usual. You do need to prepare some things yourself, in which you are well informed and supported by Digimakelaars. In short, a successful sale with very good offers made. Digimakelaars, for these Guido and Jolanda, thank you for everything!
