16 Aug 2024After speaking with a number of agents, I ultimately chose Danny Pellegrom from Beste Prijs Makelaars. He came across as friendly, honest, reliable, and straightforward, and I felt very comfortable with him. The prices he charges are also particularly reasonable. The first three months were very pleasant; he went above and beyond and helped me with matters that extended beyond just the house. My points of criticism were that the written text was utterly worthless and I wasn't satisfied with the photos. Also, appointments weren’t kept, resulting in missed viewings. Danny’s motivation decreased month by month, and he started arriving late frequently. This forced me to constantly meet the viewers, which led them to comment that it looked even better and more spacious in person than in the photos…. We were also going to have an open house, which went well. Another appointment that wasn't kept. After 4 months of having new photos taken (by his daughter), the house was removed from funda. Then, three weeks later when the photos still weren’t ready and my house still wasn’t back on funda, I contacted him and from that moment onwards communication deteriorated. There was no more consultation, nor was I kept informed. My house was no longer linked to move or to my fund account. A few days later, I was told that there would be several viewers and whether they could be scheduled for the first week of month 6. I indicated that this was possible. The date got closer and closer, but I heard nothing more. Two days before, I asked if anyone was still coming (something he always kept me informed about in the beginning) and that I hadn’t received any emails from Move or heard anything from him. Briefly, I was told that two people were coming, but shouldn't you also hear that from Move? No, I had already indicated that. Oh yes, apparently the reconnection had gone wrong and he would look into it. I never saw anything in move… Ultimately, an offer was made through an open registration process, and the couple with serious interest had inquired with Danny about what they should expect regarding the amount. His answer (he told me himself): 'Yes, I don’t know all that; I can't see that at the moment.' The result? An offer below the asking price… in a time when there were many overbids…. The agent started pushing me to accept it, but meanwhile something serious had happened to me so I seemed to have no other choice than to take the house off the market, which is what I didn’t want. I indicated that I needed a week before I could give an answer and communicated this to the bidders. This time was not granted to me by the agent. He repeatedly insisted on an answer and even said he would just say that you will only leave after half a year? I couldn't answer that either, and I felt incredibly pressured. I wanted to discuss this personally with him, but appointments were no longer possible with him. Ultimately, I had to make the decision to take the house off the market, and when I asked Danny about it, I immediately received a termination invoice and was told that the house would only be removed from funda and the other sales sites if I paid. I pointed out that I hadn’t discussed terminating the collaboration with anyone and had simply requested that the house be taken off the market. The response was that this was unclear. Two weeks later, the house still wasn't off the market, and I received an email saying he had viewers and what the status was. He left me no choice but to pay the invoice so that my house would finally be taken off the market! I find this scandalous, and all this stress was just too much for me. Super nice that you are responding with untruths :) if there is no appointment then someone doesn't open up and if people have other appointments then you don’t respond to the phone either, that’s true.

Unfortunately, Mrs. Schouten has a major problem with communication and when the real estate agent then makes an appointment after a bid, she doesn't open the door, doesn't respond to phone calls or messages. Neither afterwards. After ultimately 2.5 weeks, there was a message (by email) that she wanted to remove the property from Funda without any further motivation. It is also very strange that Mrs. does not remember the open house, which did indeed take place. For 2 hours, the real estate agent received people. It is true that the real estate agent did not give the buyer an answer as to what they should offer; that would also be extremely bad if the real estate agent were to mention it. His daughter did indeed take the photos and he is proud of that since she is a photographer!! A bid far below the asking price is not correct, the bid was less than 4 % below the asking price. Contact was requested about this and an appointment was made, but as previously indicated, she unfortunately didn't open the door and wasn't reachable for consultation. It is particularly annoying that it has to be this way because BPM is running extremely hard for his clients. Communication can solve a lot if there is already a problem. Mistakes are made where people work, but this explanation is completely misrepresented, unfortunately.

16 Aug 2024My experience with BestePrijsMakelaars.nl has unfortunately been very disappointing. Both the buyer and seller agreed on the price and delivery of the house, but the process stumbled on the conditions and the deficient communication via the real estate agent. Despite us having allowed, in good faith, the sale to be arranged through their real estate agent instead of our own, we have had to deal with several serious errors in the draft purchase agreement. Articles were added or omitted without consultation, which led to confusion and delay. Moreover, the buyer did not respond for weeks, further complicating the process. We made efforts to ensure that the sale proceeded smoothly, came twice with a price reduction, and tried to work constructively together, but the disappointing course of events has cost a lot of unnecessary time and undermined trust. Given this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend BestePrijsMakelaars.nl.

Dear Sir, My assignment was to help the buyer with the purchase of the apartment. In doing so, I must point out possible risks to the seller and caution them against problems. It did not seem appropriate to put incorrect (text requested by you) in a sales agreement, therefore they were not errors but inaccuracies if I had included your texts. That is something I cannot and may not do. I have not interfered with negotiations; that was discussed between yourselves. Your story also does not hold up there, unfortunately, but I will not elaborate on that here. It's unfortunate that you feel you must pass judgment on my work while you are not my client. Fortunately, my client is satisfied with my approach and warnings. I can perfectly live with you not recommending me:)

21 Oct 2024From the beginning, I already had a good feeling about Woonhart. Initially invited because I know Twan from the soccer club, but I also invited another real estate agent. During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. 19 Apr 2025Less experience gained, which we did not expect. A broker who was not well informed, e.g., about the used materials and walked quickly through the house. After offering the asking price on the same day of viewing, we had to call ourselves the next day to hear what the sellers' reaction was, despite a promise to hear back quickly. We are increasingly developing an aversion to this apparent arrogance in real estate brokerage during these 'fat' times for the offices, but come on, standards of decency are timeless. See this as a refresher for the broker involved. Additional April 2, 2025: Following the reaction below from the broker, who said he 'did not recognize himself' in our experience and requested contact........well then you would naturally expect a response to our extensive email....which was therefore absent. So how seriously should one take the account of this broker stated below......?! Communication as far as we are concerned is severely insufficient.
