House bought. House turns out to have major problems immediately after purchase. Marcel Kon then disappears off the face of the earth. After receiving his commission, he didn't want anything to do with us. Moderate service, poor follow-up, doesn't keep promised appointments.

Marcel Kon is a good real estate agent, easily accessible, keeps his appointments, friendly and genuine. I enjoy working with him and have used his services several times before.

This realtor goes the extra mile. They are reachable in every possible way and respond quickly. Good price agreements and no surprises afterwards. Clear, understandable explanations and of course, most importantly, the property is sold quickly.

Worthless bunch of testicles company. Scheduling a viewing is impossible. Called multiple times and they promise to call you back but they don't. Contact via email is also hopeless. They apparently don’t want to sell you a house, and it's clear that they are playing favorites.

Bad service. Save yourself the time and look for a house through another real estate agent

Unfortunately, they don't answer many questions. They offer homes for rent, but no contact!

What a lovely experience I had with Verhuurpro! Due to my private circumstances, I didn't have a home and Verhuurpro helped me super quickly get a roof over my head. After 10 months, I was told that I must leave my apartment because the landlord is putting the apartment up for sale, and even there Verhuurpro calmed me down and said don't worry we will arrange something for you🙏 luckily everything turned out well thank you 😉 top service

Questions about brokerage fees being illegal. Don't do business with them.

I have unfairly not received part of my deposit back and I had to pay mediation costs while they work for the landlord.

This broker is more concerned with his own ego than the interests of his clients.

Worse than bad, it probably can't get any worse! Called 3/4 times, sent emails, no response. The only thing they tell you is, we will send you a questionnaire and then we will see if we can schedule a viewing. Final score, I filled out that form 4x + downloaded the app and created a profile via the app (with the same information) and still get no response. Discrimination really exists and Verhuur Pro does it openly.

'Although the property viewing was positive (received a more expensive property for viewing than advertised), it was disappointing not to receive any response or callback request from ''Marc le Noble'' rental company. It would be desirable if the rental company communicates more actively with potential tenants in the future, so that they remain informed about the progress of their applications. This contributes to a more transparent process and a better experience for all parties involved.' I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Good experiences with this real estate agent, both with the sale of my old house and with renting another, nice property, and also arranging a lovely apartment for my oldest daughter in the meantime! Marc and the rest of the team are professional, honest and clear in their communication but without losing sight of humanity.
