Because I had purchased my previous home under the Koopgarant conditions, I had to appoint an appraiser who would assess my current home for the housing corporation that needed to buy it back. Having had a bad experience with this in the past (a corrupt appraiser who assessed my house more than 40k too low), I was distrustful and looking for a reliable appraiser this time. At the recommendation of my purchasing agent, I contacted MolenaarCové for this purpose. Now that the process is behind me, and I have sold my house, I would like to express my sincere gratitude through this channel for Marco's professional attitude, accessibility, flexibility, and quick response time. The appraisal report was ready within a few days, allowing me to remain well below the financing term of my newly purchased home, which in itself was already a significant worry less. The final assessed value was correct and not too low or too high (if I look at the reference properties). The fact that the costs for the assessment were relatively low/market conform was simply the icing on the cake. Bad luck! Made an appointment this morning for a viewing of a property that just came on the market. A few hours later, the office calls me back saying the appointment can't go ahead because there is already a bid... If we could come on another day for the viewing. We are very actively looking for a new home because our old one has been sold and have therefore also had several viewings with other real estate agents but we have never experienced anything like this! Ridiculous.
1 star is already too much. We call to make an appointment for a viewing but he doesn't know when that will be possible, and then still over 2 weeks. As the selling party, I would be very dissatisfied with this situation. I certainly won’t sell my house through this realtor.
