Moderate service but paying something more than one percent while other brokers offer lower rates. They also don't go for the highest price as they say. My previous experience was top-notch, but I received a different one now. It seems like I paid considerably more before, but also got much more. The enthusiasm was also very different during the conversation; we should have followed our feelings. I would think twice before using this real estate agency to sell my property, I had planned a visit for a specific time slot 4 days in advance, on the day of the visit I sent an email to the real estate agency explaining that I might be 5/10 minutes late for the appointment due to a work commitment. I never received a response to that email. Later in the day after I had traveled to the accommodation, I found no one to greet me and my wife. When I called the office for an explanation, I was told that according to their information our appointment had been cancelled. As if that wasn't enough, when I inquired about scheduling a new visit, I was told that other potential buyers found the house in poor condition and that I might not be interested either. Really? I wish you much success if the circumstances in the real estate market ever undergo a recession.

Don't trust it at all. They are simply selling a house by mentioning false information about the delivery. They talk nicely up to the point of sale, and when we ask a question during the handover of the property, they just ignore the question. Totally false information on funda and also during their sales process which does not match the builder. Be careful.

Sometimes the contact was a bit difficult. Clarity was also lacking here and I really got the feeling that it was about money and selling the house as quickly as possible, while we had been told not to rush.
