They helped us with the rent of the apartment when we had just moved to the Netherlands. It was really a good choice. We lived in that apartment with a lot of pleasure. After a year we decided to take out a mortgage and also made use of the help from Expat Makelaar. We were lucky that we found a house relatively quickly. Expat Makelaar helped us with ending the rental contract, something before the official end date. They also gave us good advice on general matters such as good shops in the area, moving services, renovations / alterations, etc. We are very satisfied with the service we received.
