House bought that was put on the market by this realtor. During the viewing, we already felt the realtor was uninterested. Viewings were tightly scheduled, so we weren't even ready before the next viewers rang the doorbell. But I understand that's a realtor tactic to stir things up a bit. You can accept all of that, because it’s about the house and not how nice or interested the realtor is. But then it started. Their file wasn't in order. Some documents from the VVE (Homeowners Association) were missing, which meant the appraisal couldn't be completed on time and the mortgage probably wouldn't be arranged by the agreed transfer date. Annoying for all parties involved, also for us as buyers because of the tight schedule with workmen who would start working in the house immediately after the transfer. The appraiser tried to contact the realtor several times without success. Eventually had to call the office themselves. The realtor was on vacation. Not well organized or handed over, I think? Explained the situation. That it was due to the fact that the sellers and they as selling realtor did not have the documents in order and that this caused the appraisal to be delayed and therefore the mortgage might not be arranged on time. With the question of whether something could still be arranged with the key. The realtor laughed and the problem wasn't really taken seriously. Moreover, responsibility was not taken for not having the file in order and not handing things over properly. In fact, there were threats to put the buying party in default. While the file not being in order is actually the responsibility of the selling party. Only when the mortgage broker called the realtor again and threatened with countermeasures and legal action did they give in and something might be possible after all. Worthless. Causing a lot of stress for people who are not responsible for the problem. Threatening with all sorts of things and only giving in when they themselves are threatened with legal action by the mortgage lender. Then you're nothing more than a bully trying to cover up your own mistakes with strong language. During the final inspection, they denied again that they were wrong. In addition, there was a crack in the wall. Only visible when the closet was emptied. Realtor’s reaction: 'you should have seen that'. As if you're going to empty a closet during the 15-minute viewing with an uninterested realtor to see if there is a crack. I think they would have looked strange if we had emptied all the closets in the house. Where do they come up with that? In my opinion, it’s still the responsibility of the selling party to report defects, damage, cracks in walls and so on. As a realtor, you must also ensure a complete file in MOVE and that everything goes fairly. And making mistakes is okay, but not taking responsibility for it and even threatening to put the party who can't do anything about it in default, then you’re really going too far. Horrible realtor. You don't hope to encounter that as a buyer, and as a seller I wouldn't want to go into business with such a realtor. Because that's not how you want to be treated and you wish that a possible buyer of your house would not experience it either.

We were paired with our realtor Kelly and this was a very pleasant collaboration! In our opinion, she took all the paperwork and actions out of our hands. Our house went on sale super quickly and with beautiful photos and strong text on funda. Kelly truly stands by your side as an equal, listens to your wishes as a seller and communicates these to the buyers. With her knowledge and expertise, we sold our apartment above expectations in terms of speed and price.

Unfortunately, there are no good words for this broker. I was called on the evening of March 10th by Kelly after a viewing to say that a counter-offer had been made on my offer. She explicitly said: if you agree with this counter-offer, then we have reached an agreement. I gave Kelly my approval and asked for confirmation of the delivery date for verification purposes. I thought she would call me back, but perhaps due to the later time of day, this didn't happen. Today, March 11th at 11:00 am, I received an email in the morning stating that the buyer had decided to continue the viewings and Kelly makes it appear as if we hadn’t spoken and as if this is the first reaction to my viewing. Kelly also writes that I may submit a higher bid if I wish. I immediately emailed back and indicated that I was surprised by these developments, since we had reached an agreement and she would call me back and this email completely contradicts what was discussed with each other less than 24 hours ago. I asked Kelly to call me back, as she is apparently working while emailing me, but unfortunately, this did not happen. I tried to call her but without success. I wanted to give Kelly the opportunity to at least explain what’s going on, but unfortunately, she was unable to do so, which leaves me with no choice but to write this extensive negative review. It shows that this broker is not trustworthy, because an agreement is apparently not an agreement and a mature conversation is out of the question.

They didn't appreciate the broker proactively coming up with a proposal to temporarily rent out the property currently for sale, without the mortgage lender’s knowledge. It is illegal and unworthy of a broker. The sales support from the female employee, however, was very pleasant.

There's fraud with appraisal reports. Furthermore, subletting to drug users is allowed and there's fraud with contracts/paperwork that other brokers reject. My experience is that it's a shady operation. A pity for the living pleasure of local residents...

Poor communication among employees internally. An appointment was made for a viewing, no confirmation due to incorrect recording of the email address. Called an hour before the appointment to confirm it was going ahead. I went to the property and waited for the real estate agent. No one seen and then called the office who stated that the appointment was scheduled but the phone was broken. They would contact the real estate agent, waited 15 minutes and then received a call from the real estate agent stating she was in the apartment and waiting for me. She also indicated that her colleague had not contacted her. A lot of confusion, no apologies. Ultimately, I went to work because they literally left you out in the cold. You notice that the real estate agents don't care about their clients, enough interested parties so service isn't important, taking money is. The housing market is literally ruined.
