Terrible experience. Cannot be recommended. Broker arrived 15 minutes late and was in a hurry to complete the inspection. Important documents (energy-related) not arranged. To the question of when we can expect it, answer: I don't know. House delivered with two garbage cans full of waste from previous owners. We are roughly told (not asked, not requested) to put the previous owners’ trash outside. When we asked for it to be removed; answer; aggressively NO. Our special day was completely ruined by the impolite and aggressive behavior of the broker. Absolutely not recommended.

After searching for over 2 years and visiting many houses, we now live in our dream home. We never had experience with Immo before, but ultimately visited a villa through Immo that needed a lot of work done. Initially, we weren't looking for a fixer-upper.
