The entire (sales) process went smoothly and seamlessly. All praise for Leonie and the complete team of Kijck real estate agents.

What a bunch of bunglers....first, we got an agent who disappeared within 1 week without notifying us. Agent number 2 didn't last longer than 14 days either. The photos of the property were awful, which I ended up taking myself. I also rewrote the text where it was completely wrong. Agent number 3 was a top woman who unfortunately went on sick leave due to back problems and hasn't returned either. Regarding the asking price, they all claim something different. One says too low, another says too high, bla bla bla. The appointments that were scheduled were also frequently cancelled. In addition, many people were curious and didn’t even know what their mortgage limit was. Very amateurish and unprofessional. Know that cheap often means expensive and results in a lot of frustrations. We are switching to a professional who knows how to sell houses and also delivers quality.....

This review is specifically for Anoeska. Had a very pleasant experience during a viewing. She is one of the friendliest and most helpful real estate agents I have come across. She goes just an extra step to think along with you and help you. She deserves a big compliment!

We haven't had a good experience with this real estate agent. When we put our house up for sale, I had to rewrite the description myself and then push the agent to get the photos posted on Funda. After the house was sold, we heard nothing more from the agent and I had to chase after the company to arrange an appointment with the buyers on the day of the sale. During the key handover, the agent didn't bother to walk through the house with the buyers. Finally, it is customary for the real estate agent to go with both parties to the notary. However, I was told on the day itself that she had another appointment and therefore would not be going with us. Absolutely not recommended!
