We were greatly helped by click on houses with the sale of our home! In terms of presenting your property for sale, they are true experts. A number of rooms have been completely rearranged for the photos and viewings so that it looks more spacious, and then we just left everything as it was because it was also nicer to live in! I almost never write a review about a company but this one is well deserved. How Desiree from Klik op Huizen Makelaardij helped us! When selling our house, we invited three real estate agents, one cancelled because they were too busy and the other agent was friendly and competent but their sales advice was considerably lower and the proposed sales approach was very different as well. Through Klik op Huizen, we sold our house much faster than expected for a very good price. Thank you ladies for your fantastic guidance, personal approach and quick responses. If we get a new house at some point we will definitely come back to you!

This is a company that doesn't honor the agreements made. In an industry where you work with deadlines and have to deal with them, it’s really not convenient. From personal experience, my partner and I are therefore not satisfied. And that's putting it mildly. And at the moment when the appointment wasn't kept, we had to email and call ourselves otherwise we wouldn't even know when we would receive our documents. After several calls, we finally got through to someone. This person didn’t speak to me very pleasantly. Let me put it this way: as a customer, I didn't feel like I was being treated like a king. A shame because in this way I am left with no good feeling about further collaboration.

Terrible service, I would really never recommend this company. We needed an appraisal report, which was supposed to take a week. It took two weeks instead. From the beginning it was messy, a photo that hadn't been taken and that we still had to provide ourselves, 3-4 working days to send a standard form. We even received the bill before the report arrived. Every day it would be ready 'tomorrow'. Not so, of course.
