This company sends unaddressed and unwanted advertisements. The advertisements end up in my mailbox despite the 'No Junk Mail' sticker and requests to not do it again. Please do not do business with companies that do not respect privacy.

We received a bid from this realtor where they first mentioned 344k, after perhaps some viewing requests came in and they changed the asking price of the house to 350k. And again in about 30 minutes they increased to 354k. All of this happened in about 3-4 hours, even before they started setting up viewings. To me, this is greedy and abuse of the COVID situation. People are desperately looking for a house, but a selling realtor cannot go along with such a greedy seller. It was a two-story house and only 132 m2. I honestly wouldn't trust this realtor :( Good luck to all those people who become victims of this kind of fraud.
