After we had made the decision to sell, we had several real estate agents over for a visit – from large offices to smaller agencies. To our surprise, some of the real estate agents were even difficult to reach. You can imagine that these fell out of our shortlist immediately. However, I would like to focus on the real estate agent that did make a positive impression. LiveStyle Real Estate was able to make an immediate difference during the very first conversation at our home. We noticed that there was really listening to our wishes and that Frank Veenman had an eye for detail and thought along with us on all levels. Details that most people would not immediately notice, but in which we had invested a lot of time and energy, he picked up on immediately. He also clearly pointed out areas for improvement that needed to be addressed before the sale, as well as future possibilities to make the house attractive to a broader audience. Everything was clearly and pleasantly explained. In short: the right party to put our house on the market. After granting the assignment, this was only confirmed. The entire process went through a clear and comprehensive process, where patience and understanding were shown on all levels. Despite our home being in a higher price category, the sale went very smoothly, with an above-average number of viewings. For all these appointments, plenty of time was taken and we always received accurate and valuable feedback. Disappointing experience with the real estate agent of the selling party! LiveStyle Real Estate. We bought a house, everything went smoothly and the financing was quickly arranged. However, with the real estate agent of the selling party, LiveStyle Real Estate (Frank), we had a lot of trouble. Through our own purchasing agent, we asked multiple times to remove the online advertisements of our new home. Yet the real estate agent kept them on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, despite repeated requests – even after everything was settled. Also, placing the status “sold (subject to contract)” took unnecessarily long and had to be pushed multiple times. The communication was slow and the attitude unprofessional. Even the selling party later indicated regret for their choice of this real estate agent. For us, it felt disrespectful, especially since we consciously wanted to determine who sees what about our new home. Unfortunately, this advertisement is still not removed from his social media sites. Therefore, we cannot recommend this real estate agent.

Bad experience – no respect for agreements or privacy, This real estate agent represented the selling party of the house we bought. We had our own buying agent, so no direct contact with him, but through the sellers and our agent we did have contact with him. During the sales process, there were multiple times when both our buying agent and the selling party asked to take the property's advertisements offline. Our wish was simple: we did not want our future home to keep appearing everywhere on the internet, on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other websites. Not because we have anything to hide, but because we would rather decide ourselves what people like friends and family see when they search for our new home. Up to today, the images are still just sitting on Facebook and insta online, despite repeated requests and warnings. The agent gave no heed, did not listen, and totally disregarded our wish to resolve this nicely. Also the selling party later said they regretted their choice of this agent, although they could do little about it during the sales process. Our impression: lots of talk, little professionalism. No respect for others' wishes. We would absolutely not recommend this agent.

This company sends unsolicited and unwanted advertising. The advertisements end up in my mailbox, despite a 'No-No' sticker and repeated requests to stop. Don't do business with companies that don't respect privacy.

We received an offer from this real estate agent for a house. First they named 344,000. After a few viewing requests they increased the asking price to 350,000. And within half an hour they raised the asking price again to 354,000. All of this happened in about 3-4 hours, even before they started scheduling viewings. Well, I find this greedy and abusing the COVID situation. People are eager to buy a house, but a selling real estate agent cannot favor such a greedy seller. It was a two-story house and only 132 m². I would honestly not trust this real estate agent :(. Success to all those people who are victims of such scams.
