More the idea that the building was scouted than a value determined, never heard anything further. Still going to engage an NVM office. Sloppy comment that you don't request drawings or don't hear anything for 4 weeks then you don't take it seriously and can't. No problem standard properties sell themselves and is cut and paste work from funda regarding value determination. That you come behind someone’s front door and only observe is strange at the very least and certainly also suspicious. We are simply looking for a professional.
