Very pushy and rude. Asked me for a commission of 1 month for a property where they were the landlord. Also charged an unreasonable rent. People need to go to the Rental Committee to get that money back. They bark a lot with legal threats, but there's no bite. Edit: To clarify the points that NS-realestate brought up in their response to this review: I work as a tenant rights activist. I occasionally go undercover and do research on bad real estate agents and landlords. NS RealEstate came onto my radar about 3 years ago due to displaying advertisements stating that applicants had to pay them a commission of 1 month, even though they were advertising on behalf of the landlord for the property. When asked about this during a phone call, the owner of the company became very impolite and aggressive and started threatening legal action. In 2024, NS Vastgoed was banned from Pararius for charging these fees and have adjusted their advertisements on Funda to omit this fee. Curious, I applied under a pseudonym for a property where they are advertising in Apeldoorn and the owner of NS-vastgoed openly admitted that they charge commission fees but still represent the tenant. It also turned out that the property in Apeldoorn did not have an energy label (legally required when renting) and the rent (1500 euros) was at least 750 euros above the limit legally allowed according to the WWS point system. I have also been approached by tenants who rent from NS-realEstate and have discovered that they not only charge commission fees, but they also act as landlords, which means they have a huge conflict of interest when it comes to their claim that they 'work for the tenants'. Again, the rent (850 euros) for this accommodation in Utrecht was almost double the maximum legally allowed rent. NS Vastgoed has other warning signs: their office is located in a garage box in Almere. They were confronted by other tenants who dared to object to the rent. I reported them to the ACM for unfair business practices and NS's response has repeatedly threatened to sue me. Overall, NS Real Estate has shown complete ignorance of the law and relies on charging tenants these commission fees. I would like to share my experience with the real estate company NS-Realestate, and I must say that I am very disappointed with their service. Below I will give some arguments why I am writing this negative review: Poor service Firstly, the general service of NS-Realestate is far below par. It is clear that they pay little attention to satisfying their customers because the market allows the property to be rented anyway. No communication Secondly, communication has been one of the biggest frustrations I have experienced. Every time I have to make an effort to schedule an appointment. Then an appointment is finally scheduled, but because I only confirm it 3 hours later, yes, I also have things to do on a weekday, it is canceled. The reason: ''you appt much too late''. This communication is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for their customers. Not recommended! All in all, I am very disappointed with the service of NS- Realestate. Their lack of communication, not calling back and canceling appointments have seriously damaged my trust in this company. I strongly advise others not to do business with them.

Fantastic help with taking work off our hands regarding the rental of our property. We were put in touch with an intermediary from the network of NS Real Estate who arranges everything for us.
Najiba approached me when I advertised a room for rent. Normally, I handled everything myself. But NS Real Estate does a preliminary screening of the candidates. I don't know much about that myself. She proposed a candidate and made an appointment for a viewing. That didn't go ahead because the candidate withdrew. To my surprise, she immediately came up with a new candidate who now occupies the room to my full satisfaction. Najiba is a pleasant person who treats everyone with respect. She has good ideas, is communicative and socially skilled. And she does what she promises. I will contact NS Real Estate for every living space that becomes available from now on. And if there are problems with tenants, she can also mediate and relieve the pressure.

The accommodations where I've been, I have nothing to complain about, no defects or back stalling maintenance. Almost everything is new and furnished. I am very happy with what I am now allowed to rent, I recommend it to everyone if you want to relax a bit.
