Very pushy and rude. They asked me for a month's commission for a property of which they were the landlord. They also charged an unreasonable rent price. People need to go to the Rent Committee to get that money back. They bark a lot with legal threats, but there's no bite. Edit: For clarification of the points that NS-realestate raised in their response to this review: I work as an activist for tenant rights. I sometimes go undercover and investigate fraudulent real estate agents and landlords. NS RealEstate came to my attention about 3 years ago because they posted ads stating that applicants had to pay a month's mediation fee, while they were advertising the property on behalf of the landlord. When they asked about this by phone, the owner of the company became very rude and aggressive and threatened legal action. In 2024, NS RealEstate was banned from Pararius due to charging these fees and their ads on Funda were adjusted so that these costs were no longer mentioned anywhere. Curious, I applied under a pseudonym to a property they advertised in Apeldoorn and saw the owner of NS-realestate openly admit that they charge mediation fees, but still represent the tenant. The property in Apeldoorn also turned out to have no energy label (legally required when renting) and the rent price (1500 euros) was at least 750 euros above the legally allowed limit according to the WWS points system. I was also approached by tenants who rent from NS-realestate and discovered that they not only charge mediation fees, but also act as landlords, which means they have a huge conflict of interest when it comes to their claim 'working for the tenants'. Here too, the rent price (850 euros) for this living space in Utrecht was almost double the maximum allowed rent price. NS-realestate has other red flags: their official office is located in a garage box in Almere. They were approached by other tenants who dared to object to the rent price. I reported them to the ACM for unfair business practices and NS has repeatedly threatened to sue me. Overall, NS Realestate has shown complete ignorance of the law and rely on charging these mediation fees to tenants. Business is good: the owner of the company drove a Jaguar to the viewing in Apeldoorn and has designer bags.

I would like to share my experience with the real estate company NS-Realestate, and I must say that I am very disappointed with their service. Below I will give some arguments why I am writing this negative review: Poor service Firstly, the general service of NS-Realestate is far below par. It is clear that they pay little attention to satisfying their customers because the market allows the property to be rented anyway. No communication Secondly, communication has been one of the biggest frustrations I have experienced. Every time I have to make an effort to schedule an appointment. Then an appointment is finally scheduled, but because I only confirm it 3 hours later, yes, I also have things to do on a weekday, it is canceled. The reason: ''you appt much too late''. This communication is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for their customers. Not recommended! All in all, I am very disappointed with the service of NS- Realestate. Their lack of communication, not calling back and canceling appointments have seriously damaged my trust in this company. I strongly advise others not to do business with them.

Fantastic help with taking work off our hands regarding the rental of our property. We were put in touch with an intermediary from the network of NS Real Estate who arranges everything for us.

Najiba approached me when I advertised a room for rent. Normally, I handled everything myself. But NS Real Estate does a preliminary screening of the candidates. I don't know much about that myself. She proposed a candidate and made an appointment for a viewing. That didn't go ahead because the candidate withdrew. To my surprise, she immediately came up with a new candidate who now occupies the room to my full satisfaction. Najiba is a pleasant person who treats everyone with respect. She has good ideas, is communicative and socially skilled. And she does what she promises. I will contact NS Real Estate for every living space that becomes available from now on. And if there are problems with tenants, she can also mediate and relieve the pressure.

The accommodations where I've been, I have nothing to complain about, no defects or back stalling maintenance. Almost everything is new and furnished. I am very happy with what I am now allowed to rent, I recommend it to everyone if you want to relax a bit.
