In October 2020 I entrusted the appraisal of a property we wanted to purchase in Filmwijk, Almere to Erik Oerlemans Makelaardij. After a quick phone call and email to request the service, including the object (property address) and details of the selling realtor, we promptly received an answer that the appraisal was scheduled with the seller! That is fast service! Also very smooth communication throughout the entire process and certainly via confirmation of the assignment through NVMI. We were unable to be present at the appraisal due to corona rules (there was also a large resident family at the seller's), but the obtained appraisal report was very detailed and drafted smoothly, thank you for that!
